Forget this jeweler for any minor watch repairs. Husband took in his treasured fraternity watch for a new face, got a plastic face rather than a glass one, which immediately cracked. Took my watch in for a broken clasp, which I now cannot open without 10 minutes of struggling with a pair of tweezers. Going to wait and go done the hill to Reno for any future watch repairs.

When I got the ok from the boyfriend to start looking for an engagement ring, I looked everywhere. All the local stores in Reno, on line, and even in San Fran. We took a day trip and decided to stop in here, as the boyfriend grew up in Incline.
I had a few ideas of what I thought I wanted in a ring, but couldn’t find and talked to Johnny. I was very close to having a custom engagement ring made. While browsing the shop for ring ideas, I found my perfect engagement ring! It was even made in my ring size and came with a matching wedding band.
The service and professionalism was wonderful, as they always answer all of my questions. If you have a jewelry item in mind, but just haven’t found the right piece, stop by. They not only sell, but design and create custom pieces.

About a year and a half ago, I wandered in to Rox while vacationing in the area. Back then, the service, product and price were great. I left with a necklace that has been a favorite of my wife’s ever since.
Recently, not being at all impressed with the shops that are local to my home as I look for another gift, I decided to reach-​out to the Rox gang, just in case.
Wow, the extreme effort they took to find a way to fit exactly what I was looking for was wonderful. And, again, the price and products they offered were both beautiful.
