We purchased 5 tickets for the outdoor production of Into the Woods at Barrley Ranch. 3 days before the show I received an email stating that the show was canceled due to the lead being sick. It also said we would be refunded for the tickets. Weeks went by and no refund. I called Lilith Baran at Tahoe Players and left a message. No response. I emailed a week later. No response. I now have opened a dispute with PayPal to get my refund. All it would’ve taken was a quick response to say, «it’ll be a couple of weeks more» to let me know they have any intention of refunding my money.
