Great coffee with the hipster vibe that I love. I’m so glad they brought this«San Francisco-esque» establishment to sleepy Incline Village. I don’t know what I’d do without for my 400 cups a day addiction. Thank you Provisions!!!

Fine for a quick grab and go snack or sandwich/salad. Obviously overpriced(like airport food) but it’s right in the hotel so that’s what you’ll pay for convenience and availability, especially if it’s cold dark and snowy outside. Got a salad and it was surprisingly tasty

They are thieves. Not the Hyatt, they only charge the maximum amount they can get away with in a tourist driven market. The thieves are the people running the register. They consistently press a magic button that charges the client a 15% gratuity. This fee is listed on the receipt as *15.00% S&P 15%*. I know they are stealing this because I wrote the manager, and she apologized and refunded the fee in question. She said they were in error, and that she would speak with the employees regarding this. Apparently the talk didn’t work, or she didn’t follow through, because 1 week later, they still charged the gratuity fee. Tried calling the store 4 times, with multiple transfers, and they don’t pick up. How are you supposed to place a to-go order when they never answer the phone? Oh, and the food is blah. Salads are the best deal, usually fresh and always fill me up. The sandwiches are ok, but smell like a$$ when you heat them up.

Great hotel mini café/deli/bakery/wine shop. The pastrami sandwich was awesome(get it toasted). We tried some delicious sugar cookies in the shape of Lake Tahoe with deep blue frosting(kids loved). One day we didn’t want to deal with ordering lunch at the lake beach so we grabbed sandwiches to bring on our kayaking excursion — it was perfect. **If you have little ones and just need a small carton of milk(the ones with the straws attached) they have them here.

Tucked away in the first floor lobby to the right of the registration lobby of the Hyatt in Incline. Had a business lunch in the restaurant next door and peeked in here to see what they had. Decided to treat the girls in the office to a tiny little chocolate cake($ 3) — good for a total of about four spoonfuls. YUMMY. It was late in the afternoon so fresh pastries /desserts were almost all gone, but I’m going to have to pop in and try one of their delicious looking croissants some day.

The Oreo cream pie is excellent. Worth a trip just for this: Also great: the nutella chocolate mousse Cake, marzipan bread pudding, apple tart, plain croissant, and cinnamon roll. The breakfast sandwich is OK: I’d rather go across town for a biscuit sandwich at Art’s Coffee House. On the other hand, they really need to «freshen up» their display sample of hummus: skip the donut: it’s meh:

Nothing too special here, but it’s great if you’re staying at the Hyatt and you want some coffee and dessert or a quick breakfast. Had their ham and cheese croissant and it was delicious… they serve Starbucks coffee so nothing too crazy. I love the beanies and shirt that they sell here though.

Great mini-store /café /deli in the Hyatt Incline Village. I think my favorite thing about this place is everything is priced reasonably where they could easily have made it rip-off central. Starbucks coffee, good cinnamon buns, tasty pastries, and tons of beverage choices. Also boxed cereal, bars, etc. It’s convenient, and there’s a bunch of seating for whatever you picked. Very handy spot if you are staying in the Hyatt and don’t feel like paying $ 10+ for the hot oatmeal or $ 21 for the breakfast buffet, or any other typical hotel overpriced breakfast.

This is a cute café where you can grab lunch and a few snacks to sustain your hiking adventures. My husband and I were more«lounge by the lake» visitors, however, so I took advantage of their soy lattes. It was consistently good, and even though they use Starbucks coffee, the soy milk isn’t the typical sugary sweet stuff that Starbucks serves, which was an awesome surprise. While only limited vegan options, they definitely focus on organic and fresh fare(at a price, of course). My favorite part might be the jug of fruit infused water. I’d sip on it while waiting for my coffee and just loved it. This was a great way to start our day while at Lake Tahoe!

Worth it if you are staying at the Hyatt– don’t go out of your way to find it though. Ice coffee was so/so and muffins weren’t too fresh.

Sandwiches were pretty good. Anything here though is epically expensive. 2 Chicken Salad sandwiches and 2 waters were $ 24.

This small business located in the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort is more than a coffee shop. It is a little bit of everything and the staff is super friendly. An environmentally conscience business they provides some good coffee, bakery products, light lunch, wine, cold water and so much in an easy and quick access way. Pleasant place with lots of light to read and enjoy some of their beverages and snacks. A very good complement to the resort in general.
