Arrowhead Door

This guy is a borderline crook. I called him to see what he charged to replace 2 door springs on my garage door. I was very clear. He quoted me 195.00. He came over to do the work and handed me a bill for 300.00. 50.00 service fee, which he never mentioned, 20.00 for a 3.00 bracket, and 35.00 for a tuneup that I did not ask for. He removed the 50.00 service fee when I complained. Door worked for six days. He did come out and said it was a bad roller, which he replaced at no charge when I said I was not giving him any more money. Door worked for 24 hours. I called him, and he said he was not coming back out for free. That was O.K. with me as I said I would call Overhead Door Co. He said that was a good idea. He had an excuse for everything, and nothing was his fault. I gave him one star because there was not a zero star square to mark. Do not use this guy!
