We loved the BW in Independence IA. That is until our last visit. When we arrived we were told the spa (hot tub) was down but the service guy would be out the next day. The following morning was told it would be the afternoon. At night when we asked we were told, «we may just pour concrete over it, feel free to go somewhere else, we understand it’s an inconvenience. «Well we did. Not that a hot tub is that important but customer service is.
