Chux Trux

My 8 month old son was diagnosed with craniosynostosis and treatment required a cranial helmet. I’d seen pictures of other kids who got their helmets decorated and contacted Chux Trux to see if that was a service they provided. Not only did they immediately respond to say yes, they would do it, but they volunteered to do it free of charge! They worked with me on a really cool design (so it looks like a Mizzou football helmet), and had the helmet back to me within a few hours so he could begin wearing it right away. Everyone I worked with was extremely friendly and I’m so glad they provide this service to children who need helmets!

Chux Trux redeemed themselves with top notch service from Shannon and JD. After failing to get our running boards installed on the scheduled date Shannon contact us and really made things right. We appreciate the excellent service we received on our second visit. Glad we gave them and second chance and plan to return in the future.

Leveling kit and new tires were put on my truck. They were very helpful with getting the tires I was wanting.

I had the guys here install Lamin-​X vinyl tint on my tail lights to darken them and provide a new look. I’ve probably got the most difficult tail lights to tint because there is a lip that creates a protruding line on the outer part of the lights. This makes it extremely difficult to lay vinyl down perfectly. They created a two piece system that overlapped slightly. I was pretty impressed, and they only charged $ 80 for the job including parts and labor. Can’t beat that. The finished product was extremely good, but short of perfection. Due to the degree of difficulty I still give 5 stars and any other job I bet they do with ease.

My husband has a late model Chevy S-​10 pick-​up and I happened to damage the right passenger side side mirror. Knowing that it would cost an arm and leg to repair/​replace this side mirror if I went through a dealer, I started to look around to figure out where I could get it fixed and replaced. I have driven by Chux Trucks and contacted them. Tony was really helpful, I emailed him some pictures of the damage and some basic data about the truck (make and model) and he was able to obtain mirrors for the truck. Setting an installation appointment was a breeze and from start to finish the process of replacing both mirrors (so the look of the truck would be consistent) took under 2 hours.
Chux Trucks has a comfortable customer lounge with a big screen cable TV, water cooler, and ample vending machines. The customer restrooms are clean, so I was able to get some work done, read and watch TV while I waited. What was even better is that total cost quoted me on the phone included the parts and labor, so I knew what to expect when I set up the install appointment. In fact the actual cost was $ 5.00 less than what I was originally quoted.
I highly recommend Chux Trucks for motor vehicle customization and repair/​replacement of stuff like mirrors, trim, etc.
