Heavenly B Clean

wow. I am so disappointed. my ROTD a few weeks ago made me realize that it was time to have them back to clean my home.
I contacted the number I have for them (the one listed on their page). I don’t think it’s specifically a work number but Melinda scheduled my appt for Thursday at 1:30. I made arrangements to have my dog and little guy hang out with my mom so I wouldn’t have to worry about them getting in the way.
well…1:30 came and went. I tried calling several times and left a message. I finally got a call back around 3:30 confirming my appt for the following day. they apologized profusely for the misunderstanding and asked if it was still okay for them to come the following day. I told them I would call if there was a problem. one of us wrote down the date wrong and I gave them the benefit of the doubt that it could have been me. I didn’t call and made arrangement again to have my dog stay with my mom while they were planning to clean.
again 1:30 came and went. I tried calling the same number again and got a really irritated man on the phone. I asked for Melinda and the man said she wasn’t there. I told him she was supposed to be at my home and he just said «well I don’t know where she is!» and hung up.
I am still waiting to hear back for some sort of excuse or explanation and have yet to receive it. they are good at their job, but obviously aren’t reliable at all.
time to start my search again…
