I really like to shop here but I just bought new Coffee Pot and it had Coffee stains all over it. Wow you sell used products and don’t check to see if there used. Very unhappy.

Just had the best kohl’s experience of my life, and my mom has been dragging me here as long as I can remember. Very respectful and friendly staff, not too pushy with the kohl’s card, and the store was even pretty well maintained, with it being the busy Christmas season. I didn’t know that the sales online are completely different, but a helpful manager, I believe, was able to assist me. 5 stars for a retail establishment would be nearly impossible for me to give out, but this location is pretty close.

Excellent prices and if you visit frequently, you receive coupons that save you big. The store has friendly staff.

I love shopping at Kohl’s because everything is always on sale, but I very much prefer the Lee’s Summit location over this one in Independence. I actually shopped at both locations today. I had a wonderful time at Lee’s Summit and a frustrating time at Independence. Every time I visit a dressing room, they are always incredibly cluttered. Clothes will be on the floor, scattered on the benches, covering all the hangers, etc. There’s never any room to try on your selections because the dressings rooms are so messy. Checking out is what I dread the most. The cashiers are super pushy when it comes to their Kohl’s Charge card. Even if you say«no», they keep asking. They pretty much won’t let you walk out of there without signing up for one. I’ve always managed to be assertive enough to get them to leave me alone about it, but today the cashier lady tricked me into signing up. By the time I realized what she had done, it was too late. I love shopping at Kohl’s, but only at certain locations.

Half of my wardrobe comes from this store, as did my bread machine, mix master, kitchenware, food processor(It’s a Cuisinart). I go in there all the time, slap on the wrist for not adding it to the Unilocal repertoire. Granted it’s a chain store, but damn… Kohls cash? Well yeah. I bought most of my Christmas shopping on Black Friday. I ended up with 30.00 Kohl’s Cash. Went back today, and bought dark brown suede with sheepskin liner boots, that fold to ankle boots, that I consider look alike Uggs and didn’t spend a dime. That’s how Kohl’s cash is. The store is layed out very well. I usually go for the bra department, and then the women’s clothes, then housewares. I don’t buy many shoes. I’m not one of those women who buy tons of shoes, cause I’d rather have tunics and accessories. And I don’t like buying shoes, so whatever. Kohl’s takes care of the tunics and accessories for me, like they take care of the shoe fetish for others. But I always stroll through the shoe department anyway, and wonder how I’d ever walk on any of those heels. Awesome jewelry department, and one of the few places that sells Black Hills Gold on sale in Kansas City. Okay… Black Hills Gold is one of my Kohl’s problems, I know that now… And let’s talk about their kitchen appliances. Last week we bought a Quasidilla maker, and I bought my mom a mix master with attachments for Christmas, at Black Friday prices. Kohl’s may even carry Dyson’s, and I’m going to look the next time, and get a vacuum cleaner when they are giving away Kohl’s cash. !0.00 for every 50.00 spent, that’ll take some math. Then go back the next week, with my Kohl’s cash and buy a tunic and some more Black Hills Gold.
