Praises to Dave Brown at Medallion Cabinetry for their high standards for customer service and satisfaction for their products! When one of their bathroom drawer fronts was not holding up like it should, they checked it out, and replaced all three drawer fronts to make sure they all matched. No cost. Done with a smile. While you are spending thousands of dollars with this business they are laying off their employees and ripping them off. Promising to pay them all vacation time accrued. When the the layed off workers get their checks they are short. Then when you call Medallion they will tell you that you must have been mistaken or you misfigured your vacation hours. When it is right there on your paycheck. The CEO Ron Katz, of the company that owns Medallion has this to say. In the words of our Chairman and CEO, Ron Katz, «Elkay has always prospered because of its people.» Our employees are indeed our greatest asset and have played an integral role in Elkay’s growth and success. In keeping with the traditions of our founders, we continue to value our employees’ contributions and empower them with the knowledge and skills to successfully do their jobs. Value employees huh? I’m not seeing it. I highly suggest using a company who actually cares about their employees for your cabinet needs. Unilocal is making me put a star rating so I will put one. But, just know I don’t think they deserve it.
