This Saver’s would be alright if it wasn’t for the other shopper’s. I’ve never seen such a group of rude and uncouth people outside of a pirate movie. Kids running around making messes, people just dropping stuff on the ground, and I said«excuse me» to a woman that was blocking an aisle, she turned and glared at me, farted loudly, and moved to the side. And the worst part is the workers just roll their eyes/shrug and walk off. Of course this doesn’t stop me from going about once a week because bargains are bargains.

I stumbled across Savers on accident, but it has easily become my new favorite thrift store! Some of my favorite clothing items have come from Savers. I get compliments all the time on the American Eagle sweater I found there. The jeans I found fit perfectly, too. Everything is incredibly organized and hung up in a presentable fashion. At most thrift stores, you really have to check every item carefully for tears or stains, but I haven’t had that problem yet st Savers. The cashiers have always been nice and they have a loyalty program. I’ve loved my experience at Savers so far.

I went to Saver’s today to drop off some old clothing, and an antenna t.v. I went to the back drop off, and the guys in the back were awesome. They took the t.v. out of the back seat, it was huge. They lifted it out of the back seat easily, then from the trunk they removed the old bar stool, and the old suitcases, They were really nice about it. They gave out a coupon for 20% off. I went into the store, looking at their craft items, didn’t see anything that caught my eye. Generally the craft items are so/so, but I’ve found knitting needles, but never useful yarn there. It doesn’t hurt to check it out. I’ve seen purse handles there also(which is my main reason for being there today).Today there were winter hats, all the same style, on a display. Tons of bowls, and kitchen items. I glanced at the clothes. Still a good selection. Tons of jeans, and sweaters. I went to the purses, and there was a Coach purse for $ 9.99. The zipper was broke, or i’d have bought it. I probably should’ve bought it. It was gold and bronze. I saw a Victoria Secrets tote bag for $ 29.99. Yes, true story. The clothes were in good order, color and size coordinated. Separated men, women and children. Fair selection of shoes and older electronics. I saw a few employees helping other customers which was great to see. The woman who checked me out was really nice. She’s worked there for a long time. I do like Savers for some things. But I loved how they took charge and lifted the TV and other items out of the car.

I will never forget my first trip to Saver’s. There was poop in the dressing room. POOP!!! I’m not sure if it came from a person or what, but I booked it out of there and I will never try on clothes there again. If you can get past the whole poo thing(which I’m sure a lot of people can’t), it can be quite a cool store. The clothes, anyway. And they do have awesome sales. I’ve been back several times and I’m always curious and have to check the dressing rooms to see if there is any more poo. So far, there hasn’t been!
