The WORST customer service ever!!! I spent 35 minutes mostly waiting on the phone to find out a simple answer! I was hung up on before I could speak, after waiting the first 15 minutes! And this is what I get for purchasing a washer and dryer, which was delivered to my Mom this morning. BUT they did not take her old set that I paid for to be removed! AND they did not need one of the hoses, so I also needed a refund for that. The 4th person who finally said I had a refund could not tell me the amount because they don’t deal with financial matters! REALLY? You can’t read a number off of a screen! I’m so ticked right now! Anyway, my Mom, being the Angel that she is, said she was… I believe at the post office and asked if anyone needed a washer and dryer and someone took her up on her offer. I need to call her now, so she can calm me down. Them barely speaking English really tried my patience! Lord, I tried to be nice. I’ll do better. In Jesus name I pray, Amen~

Oh, I already gave them one star? This began at this store a few years ago, and has grown the magnitude of a nightmare, or rather having a Sears case manager. The refrigerator(purchased in 2003) from this store, ice machine, died again. That’s once yearly, but we have an extended warranty. So we called Sears, who referred us to the parts department. I called the parts department who immediately sent out a technician who said he ordered the part. This was around Valentine’s Day. We waited a week, no part, It snowed, so we waited again another week. No part. We get a cal from Sears saying they’ve never heard of the part. With our hands tied, we didn’t know what to do. I called Sears. They assured us the part was in stock. But said our order was never ordered. Granted, I got on Lowe’s website cause our next appliance will be from Lowe’s. We waited again, no part and called Sears. We actually called this store, who gave us the parts department(same number, but just in case). We called the parts department. Sears said they had the part. But they didn’t know when it could get out here. I got tired of buying Hy-Vee ice. I got on Sear’s Facebook page, messaged them. They gave me an email. I emailed them. I got appointed a case manager, and the part was over nighted 6 weeks later. I tried calling the service company, finally got in, and they are fixing it on Monday. in the meantime, I’m going to Lowe’s to look at new refrigerators. This was crazy. Doing business through Facebook, fantastic onestardom, Sears.
