Suchman and Darnall Family Dentistry

I’ll skip all the details and state just why one star.
I called this office for a implant and crown. I was quoted standard prices for the service.
I had my first appointment. Wasn’t qualified to do my implant they stated and sent me to a Specialist. One year later I go back to Suchman for Crown placement. I was quoted the price to do this. I did my first visit again for the crown. I asked to see a financial person when I checked in. Would not see until after visit. I had the impression made for the crown came back out and the financial lady gave me the bill with an additional $ 400 added to it above what I was quoted. I disputed it. Said I though they should honor their quote but never said I wouldn’t pay it. After that I was told I did not Suchman did not want to have me as a patient because I didn’t trust them. and now there was not the kind of relationship that wanted with their patients.
To sum it in simply words. They gave me a price 3 time. I go in for my appointment ask for a financial person to verify one more time and was denied at that time. I finished my appointment and as I was leaving was handed a bill for services as discussed but $ 400 higher. I disputed the price and stated that was not what I was told and agreed to. I was told they didn’t want me as a patient because I didn’t trust them. Does anyone see a something I don’t.

I have not had anything but good to say about the Dr and staff. They are very caring and really are genuine. I am so glad to have such caring people to take care of me and family. Very professional and upfront with you.
