Taco Bell

Positives: The lights were on and the doors unlocked, and I didn’t get a food-​borne illness after eating here.
Negatives: Uncaring, rude staff, horrible service, uncaring management, no concern for cleanliness or service.
Multiple visits, multiple problems. Most recently, they took 20 min. to deliver a two-​item order with no special orders. There were two orders in front of us — five people total.
The preparers were too busy griping about how much they hated working at Taco Bell and discussing their personal lives to actually wait on customers. The order taker was perplexed by the ordering system, and the whole restaurant was dirty.
Our 20 minute wait gave us a badly prepared order of a Steak Quesadilla and a Nachos Belgrande, and the tray was covered in dried — not fresh, but DRIED ON, CRUNCHY sour cream. Nasty.
The manager doesn’t care — multiple contacts, and all were given rude responses.
The problem is that the manager doesn’t care, and this TB is located next to a housing project, so the «regulars» don’t really care either.
I’d drive to another Taco Bell, or even go to McDonald’s — my LEAST favorite fast food place — before going back to this one.

Not awesome staff is terrible this one is worse than most toxic hells
