Tot Shoppe

The Tot Shoppe has helped us afford to raise our grandkids with reasonable prices on quality merchandise. We have purchased a variety of furniture, clothes and toys from them through the last seven years (since the oldest grandson was a baby). Items are purchased, but need to give the courtesy of setting up an appointment prior to just walking in to sell your items. I was not offended that some of the items I wanted to sell were not needed by the store. The prices offered for used items is fair. The owners spend so much time in the store that they are sometimes in the other room when you enter, but they have never been snobby to my grandkids, husband, or myself when we’ve come in to shop. All items are organized, clean, and easy to shop. I prefer this to rummaging because I know there are going to be items in the sizes that I’m looking for at a price not a whole lot higher.

First of all I was very excited to go to this store but once I walked in today I was not greeted! Very snobby and did not let my daughter do anything in the store. Was going to sell my items to them but I have to go thru them and they will decide if they have room! Very disrespectful I would rather wait a whole year to sell my items for dirt cheap than give to this business and I have to set up an appointment — very unprofessional. Once we go outside I was showing my daughter the toys and the lady comes out and stares us down, I will be letting everyone know of your poor business to every media and social sites! Will not be surprised if u guys close from lack of profession and poor customer service
