Wendy’s

Service is always good at this Wendy’s right by walking distance from the beach.

I have been to this location several times since this is one of two places to eat close to work. I have been pleased for the majority of times. I mainly use the drive thru. I will say they are almost always exact with my order. There have only been a couple of times when something wasn’t correct… usually not enough condiments or incorrect size of fries.
I have gone inside a handful of times since the drive thru line was too long. I can say they are usually pretty quick to get the major summer rush in and out. Being beach side this place gets packed horribly! The longest time I was waiting in line to order and pick up food was 15 minutes… that was with over 30+ people in the lobby. Pretty good I think.
My main reason to only give a 3 star is the cleanliness of the restaurant. Almost every time I look around there are dirty tables or a dirty condiment area. I understand the clutter with mass amounts of people, but when there is only one couple inside eating I don’t feel there should be multiple tables or areas unclean.

It’s really a 3.5 star place but someone gave a 3 so together it makes a 3.5.
I’m giving a 4 due to beach proximity, I was served hot fries & chicken sandwhich and the staff apologized for a slight delay without me saying anything or groaning and they didn’t hassle me for spending an hour looking over surf reports.
The place is clean, medium to large in size with a window looking out on to the beach, parking next to the beach and the staff are conciencious.
It’s kind of the only fast food I saw near Melbourne Beach off A1A.
It’s open till 10 a.m.
It has electrical outlets to plug in your laptop or smartphone and the WiFi signal is okay, not fast but not sloooooowwww.
Plays oldie music from 60s — 80s on speakers

Old, but clean, which right off the beach is really a plus.
Efficient staff, which is always appreciated.
