Chic Nails

While the staff is polite, and the salon clean, the wait is EXCEPTIONALLY long. It’s not that they’re a very busy salon, they simply do not schedule correctly and accept walk ins over previously made appointments. The last 3 visits I waited more than an hour for my appt. The last visit they were so busy that Phi was rushed and wasnt able to do the full set as scheduled… my nails didn’t come out as nice as the previous times. I’ve tried walking in and for some reason have to wait longer so there’s really no other option.
I was excited to find them at first but now I’m just disappointed. If you go, avoid nights, weekends and holidays — the wait is insane.
Jason (pedicures) on the other hand, is BEYOND AMAZING. He is polite, gentle and does an exceptional job. Though he’s always overscheduled (not his doing) and constantly snapped at by Phi, his work and attitude are wonderful. I give Jason 5 starts for sure…

I’m visiting from Boston and came here with a friend. It’s a clean and relaxing environment and the staff is very pleasant and professional and they do a beautiful job. I would defiantly come back!

I was visiting on my honeymoon and needed my wedding acrylics taken shorter and shaped. I chose Chic Nails after reading these reviews and was not disappointed! The girls did a wonderful job on my hands and feet as well as my husband’s mani/​pedi! The prices were inexpensive too. Nice, quiet and clean salon! I did ask the woman not to use the foot razor on my calluses though, never be afraid to speak up if you don’t like something!

Best pedicure I have had! Give you a long leg massage and the staff is super friendly. They do a great job and you can’t beat the price! Definitely worth checking out!

Just moved to the area from out of state and after trying a few other local salons, I tried Chic Nails. The salon is very clean and all the employees were so nice and friendly and extremely helpful. I got a pedicure and gel manicure and they both came out amazing. Jason made me feel very comfortable and did a great job. Will definitely be visiting again!

First of all let me say this place was pristine. Clean, clean clean. They had relaxing spa music playing. They had a TV with closed captioning if you wanted to watch that.
I came in with a picture of the shape and length of of nails I wanted. I was shocked they came out perfectly. I held my hand up to the picture, to compare, when I got home and it was perfection. Vanessa was my nail Tech. She was very nice and informative about the area. I had just moved here.
When I first moved to San Jose, I went to about 7 nail salons before I found one I settled for. When I moved here I was expecting to go through the same process. There is no settling here. You will be 100% satisfied. They looked so good my husband even noticed, and I could dye my hair green and he wouldn’t notice.
And, oh yeah, the price is very very reasonable. But still, the quality of the work, the absolutely CLEAN atmosphere, and the price makes this salon like I found a pot of gold.
I don’t know about any of the other techs, but Vanessa was amazing. Ask for her if you can get her. Parking was a cinch.

Extremely friendly workers and a very thorough job on both my pedicure and gel manicure (and I am an extremely picky person when it comes to the quality of nail services). Clean, sanitized instruments and comfy massage pedicure chairs. What more could anyone ask for? Even better, the prices are fantastic. Both services for less than what I pay for just a pedicure in Texas! Will definitely return to Chic Nails while I am in the local area for the summer.

I have finally found my nail salon. Jason and Vanessa are a husband and wife team. Jason gives an awesome foot massage. The salon is very clean and well lit. It has a cool laid back vibe. Look forward to going back.
