If you are looking for pharmacy staff that are polite and will get your prescription filled correctly this is not the place for you. They have made the same mistake three times but are very rude when you ask them to fix it. The only thing they have going for them is the convenient drive-​through.

This pharmacy is staffed by rude brain dead human beings who do not know the first thing about customer service… who can’t be bothered to look up from their computers, update you on why they are simply staring into a screen for ten minutes at a time and who ultimately will keep you waiting for vital medicine for close to a half hour while they try to figure out how to bring the charge down from eleven dollars to five dollars. Of course it’s not their pulse that’s racing at 140 beats per minute so why should they care? It’s not any of them who’s at high risk of an imminent stroke, so why bother?
I will never EVER do business with this store again and I will ringing the phones in Deerfield. That much I can promise.

La Grange, IL
Just a short walk from home, I love going to this location. Staff is friendly, they have an outdoor Redbox on site too. My weakness here is the Nice! Candies– particularly chocolate covered raisins. Always in stock and fresh. Decent wine/​beer/​liquor selection surprisingly. Sales on other items aren’t fantastic, so I mainly come here in a pinch.

This is a pretty good Walgreens. Plenty of easy parking, well stocked, pretty good employees, and an efficient pharmacy.
I deducted a star for their prices. Almost every item here is more expensive than you’ll find at WalMart, Jewel, Target, 7-​Eleven, or CVS (none nearby).
The employees here always greet you when you enter. It can seem annoying but I like that the management has standards for the employees and the employees follow them.
I haven’t used the photo department myself but customers I’ve seen using the photo kiosk’s seem happy and the Photo/​Electronics employee often asks those customers how they are doing.
I use this location for urgent quick in and out stops. If I have a few more minutes then I’ll use WalMart just a mile or so east on Joliet road.

They fill prescriptions super quick but WOW they will call you and leave a personalized voicemail everyday until you pick up your RX.

Some Walgreens stock items for tourists and travelers. This is not one of them
If you’re ever visiting and want Chicago kitch, you should not have the brilliant idea to drive out to freaking Countryside for souvenirs (not that any sane person would do this).
Anywho, this is just a straight up residential Walgreens.
