CCA Cleaning Solutions

All of these negative comments are amazing! We used CCA about three years ago off of a Groupon, and he did an excellent job! He was on time, professional, and thorough! In fact, I just booked him again to clean our house when we move out.

Rip off — the carpets were no cleaner than when they started! Horrible! Then they also tried to charge me $ 60 extra dollars for ‘deep cleaning’ and I told them No. They supposedly got permission to do it anyway and it was Horrible!
Do Not Use This company!!!

We have been given the run around with Eric and CCA since August 2015. Living Social dropped them and they no longer have a membership with BBB. DO NOT USE THEM. They ruined our wool carpet. Came and took saying his insurance adjuster needed to see it. Now he will not call me back. Not sure what to do at this point but to take him to court. Total scam.

Horrible company! Purchased the whole house cleaning for 100 $ on Living Social. Had them come in about one month ago. They told us that they would deep clean all carpet in house for an additional 69 $. So we agreed. They were two hours late arriving and then they hurried through the job. The living room carpet ended up drying streaky. It looked worse that before. I called the owner and told him this. He said they would redo for free. Since we had already complained about them being late before, we explained that they need to be on time this time around. We scheduled for time slot bw 12 – 2. My husband has to call the owner at 315 and he says they would be there by 4. They still weren’t there by 4. So my husband called the owner back and left message saying we wanted a refund for 69 $ for deep clean. I called two more times in the two weeks following insisting on a refund. He has not returned either of our calls. They completely ripped us off. Very unprofessional company. Save yourself the huge hassle and find some one better. Anyone would be better than them!

The company sold me a $ 80 worth cleaning package with a no expiration date. I tried to use it and made an appointment with CCA. Unfortunately, all negative comments are correct. They rescheduled me multiple time and ended up with no calls no show up. If you see Groupon or Living Social deals, DO NOT BUY IT! This company is totally a fraud. They would make appointments with you. But never show up and call back on the date of the appointment! I literally spent my two weekends just simply to wait for them to show up. Don’t waste your time and money! This company is Horrible!!!

I agree with all of the reviews regarding the actual cleaning– the carpets were still as dirty as before they began. Unfortunately my husband bought into the «extra stain repellent» upsell with free re-​wash at any time, so we still have a «free cleaning» to use. The guys were nice and came on time– they just unfortunately didn’t clean our carpets.

This company is a joke… I called them directly after seeing their Groupon, the owner told me not to buy the groupon and I made an appointment with him directly to have 1 Sofa cleaned on Wednesday of this past week. The time I was given was 10am — 2pm but was told someone would call me the evening prior by 7pm to confirm a more specific time. At 8pm when no one had called I had to call them and had to leave a message on the machine. At 8:30pm someone called to confirm however not in response to my message. I was then told it would be more like noon for my appt the following day but no later than 2pm. The next morning the owner called at 8am to see if I heard from anyone… I told him I did and that I was scheduled for 12−2pm. I was also told I would receive a call when they were on the way. By 1:45pm with no call and no one showing up I called back, someone who clearly doesn’t have any customer service skills answered the phone… Didn’t know when they would arrive, actually told me he couldn’t get in touch with the tech because the tech wasn’t returning his calls… That reassuring! After about 30 more minutes of waiting I was told that it would be more like another hour before they would arrive… That meant almost 4pm. Unacceptable!!! Finally the owner called and wanted to «make up» for the mistake… there was no mistake, the company is unprofessional period!!! However he insisted on coming to clean the sofa for free… I will admit I did give in and agreed, we confirmed for an appointment today Saturday between 8am — 10am. I am sure you won’t be surprised to hear no one showed up, no call… Nothing… The owner did give me what he said was his personal cell phone so at 10:00am today when I called to see where they were… Would it surprise you if I told you he didn’t answer… I followed up with another call, again now answer and then I sent 2 text messages… NO RESPONSE… As I am typing this review my cell phone just rang, it was the technician letting me know he was on the way… I said you were supposed to be here between 8−10… He said no I have 8−12… What a joke, I told him no thank you, I would rather pay twice as much and have it done professionally then deal with incompetent and unprofessional people. Oh by the way when the tech called on Wednesday and said he was about an hour away and it would be more like 4pm I asked where he was currently, the distance to my condo from where he was was less then 20 minutes yet he told me it would be an hour… when I spoke to the owner and he offered to do it for free today I had told him that the people he was sending on Wednesday were clearly not where they said they were or they would have been able to get to me sooner… His reply… I’m sending someone else on Saturday, I have issues with that tech and because of HIPPA laws I really say anything else… Ok so clearly you know you have issues with this employee yet you are still sending him out as a representative of the company… Clearly there are bigger issues then my couch and I will take my business elsewhere. Unfortunately you can’t post without giving a star… Gave 1 but certainly wouldn’t have if I could have done it differently.

Used them through Living Social, who if they had checked up on them at all, would have denied them. The carpets were soaking wet 10 hours after «cleaning.» They did not do a good job at all.

DON’T USE THEM!!! They gave me a major run around when trying to schedule an appointment to get my carpets cleaned. The guy claims to have showed up but no one came to my door or made any effort and he called me later saying he had already left. The guy never got my name right despite the fact I corrected him several times.
I tried to reschedule and he said he would call me back. Never heard from him. What kind of business is this? I thought they were legit because they were on GROUPON but nope!

DO NOT USE! I agree with all the other reviews. I purchased a groupon in anticipation of our upcoming move. Everything was scheduled and confirmed. The day of, the cleaners gave me the run around from an «emergency,» to we are on the way, to I just got a flat tire. Ok, so I was patient and the technician told me they would be back at 7:30 the following morning. My boyfriend planned to meet him and we only had an hour as he had to be at work. The technician never showed, nor answered any of his calls. I have contacted the owner and expect a follow up after the holiday weekend. This was a major inconvenience and horrible customer service… can’t comment on the quality of the cleaning because it never happened! We ended up going with Stanley Steemer a couple days later (which delayed our move and schedule), but they were wonderful. Stay with the people you know and trust and Stanley Steemer has never disappointed.

DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THIS PLACE… Wish I had read prior reviews. Had them clean my carpets. They show up with some portable cleaner in the back of a little car.
They used the water from my outside faucet which was freezing cold and their machine never got it even warm. The carpets were freezing cold when he finished and still soaking wet 24 hours later. Not sure how long it will take to completely dry. The technician tried to tell me the suction would pick up a 7# bowling ball. There was absolutely no steam involved. Basically they saturate your carpet and leave. Carpet Cleaner… not a chance. Called Brandy, their ofrfice mgr and she said she had to contact supervisor but she knew they would only redo the carpet. no refund. Why would I want them to come out and saturate my carpet again.

I had asked for a deep cleaning of my house on July 24^th and specifically asked if they provide this service prior to putting my house on the market. I had told Eric about the time sensitivity of the cleaning. He assured me they would take care of it. I had a friend let the cleaning person in and she also checked up on her later. They called me mid-​cleaning saying there was mold and I ok’ed to pay extra (I should’ve asked for picture proof). My friend went back when they called to say they were done, but the cleaning person was on the phone and they were not done. On my drive home, Brandy called again saying they were done and the cleaning person had another job and could not stay to walk through the house with me. The house didn’t even smell clean when I arrived home. Maybe the counter tops and floor were cleaned in the kitchen. There was still dust everywhere. I have no idea what she did for 6 hours. Also, I payed extra for the windows to be clean and they were not. I understand the house was definitely dirty because we had painters come through prior to cleaning, but that should not be an issue. I tried calling and emailing Eric Coleman with no response for several months. He was always on a business trip. I was told they could not get back to re-​clean my house/​verify they did not do a good job due to a big job they had at UNCC that week. I had to clean my house myself that night so I could keep with my timeline to sell my house. Therefore, they could not refund me (because they couldn’t see it). I would have been fine with just a little bit of money back, but $ 266.91 is ridiculously expensive for a job not done at all. Do not use them. There are many hard working small business owners who will clean your home cheaper and better than CCA Cleaning Solutions.

I tried this service based on their advertising as a House Cleaner, Carpet Cleaner & Power Washing Company. I will admit we had been looking for a cleaning service for a month so our house may have been a little worse for ware, which is why we gave them two chances. Where to start.
First day power wash team, Rang our bell 6 times with questions as odd as how do we turn on water to where, with the last ring I told them if they couldn’t complete the job with out further interruptions they could leave. When they did leave our gate was left wide open (we have pets and they were told to watch the gate) our phone lines had been damaged by the power washing and had to be replaced.
Cleaners came No vacuums, no mops and no obvious cleaning products. All they did was wipe surfaces with a dry rag, they sprayed some solution on our marble floor which made it sticky. They did not vacuum the carpet, the stairs or the wood floor. There were crumbs on the counters and the area rugs had not been vacuumed
Later that day Carpet Cleaners came and yes it was up sold 174.00 for stairs and deodorant. They asked me if my house had been cleaned as it was still not vacuumed and the kitchen was barely touched. I said yes your crew was here this morning, they called the owner and gave me a free house cleaning (not really free as I had paid for a house cleaning I did not get) He could not understand why they had no vacuum, mops or brooms. They cleaned the carpets and honestly they look worse, they were wet for a few days afterwards, He apologized again and they also gave me a free carpet cleaning to be used in the future (not going to happen) .
Last week I got the replacement house cleaning same results, crumbs on counters, sticky floors, it was obviously a quick run through the house. My laundry room was never even swept. All in all a nightmare. Called owner not event o cancel just to request a new cleaning team. He went off on me saying that it’s me no one else has problems. Extremely Rude and unprofessional. I was not trying to get anything for free, I just wanted what I paid for, 575.00 of cleaning that never really lived up tot he cost. Plus we had to pay Time Warner for Phone Wire repairs. Maybe it’s us, perhaps we are pigs but I would think twice about this service if only for the owners attitude
