Dr. Cosgrove is great and was very comforting. No pain at all and was very nice while I came in as a nervous wreck! She is knowledgeable. Kristy is also very nice and helpful.

I’ve been here a few times to get dermaplaning by Christy and my face always glows and looks so smooth when she’s finished. I recently decided to step it up and get a Vitalize peel, the process didn’t take long and there was minimal stinging as she applied the peel. She warned me that my face would start to shed about 3 days after and I was fine with that. I went back to see her a week later for a complimentary facial to help remove some of the left over flaky skin. I would say by day 9 my face was no longer flaky and has continued to look great. I plan on going in for another one after New Year’s, it really helps improve the skin texture and gives the skin a very healthy look and feel. I’ve done my own peels at home before but have never gotten anywhere near the results I have from having someone as skilled as Christy do them.

Still love coming to Dr Cosgrove! She is simply the best. I love the new location and added services! I look and feel great every time! Thanks Dr C.

The office staff is extremely professional and accommodating. Dr. Doriana Cosgrove spends quality time with her patients and pays careful attention to detail. Its a joy to be taken care of in this beautiful new facility by a Doctor who takes pride and interest in all her patients.

Love this place! The staff is the best I have found. Friendly, happy and knowledgable. For someone who travels back and forth to the desert, they are always accommodating and can get me in. The services are top notch and well priced. The skin medica products they carry are excellent as well. I highly recommend WellMax! Also try their masseuse. She is as amazing as the doctor and staff.

Nice office, good location, Dr is nice to patients, Botox is too pricey though, so it’s best to have Brilliant Distinctions. They have chocolate and water. Dr. Puts you at ease while doing Botox.

One of the many things I love about this office is that it’s not intimidating. I’ve been seeing Dr. Cosgrove for several years now but I still remember my first visit. I had lots of questions as a «newbie» to cosmetic procedures and she patiently answered them all without making me feel ignorant and then offered recommendations without pressure. I see Cristy on a regular basis for facials and she is great… so kind and caring. I look forward to every visit to this office!

Dr. Cosgrove and her staff are the best! I had Botox for the first time and I love the results. They recently moved to Indian Wells which is much easier and in a central location.

I just went today for the first time. I love her. She is a doctor and not a nurse. The price for botox was affordable. and she took her time and made me feel comfortable which is hard to do when you putting needles in your face.
I would highly recommend this place.

She is extremely detail oriented and meticulous so my monthly dermaplaning is always perfect. She truly goes the extra mile. She has exceeded my expectations in every way. Small, friendly, wellness clinic. Excellent services from Dr Cosgrove and staff. Centrally located in La Quinta. I had Botox from Dr Cosgrove and thought she did exceptional procedure in areas I desired. They do accept Brilliant Distinction Program from Allergan. A must stop for your treatments.

The best Well Max Center for all of your needs. I got my fourth Laser hair removal on my underarms today and my hair hardly grows anymore :). Love it. Next I will do Pearl Procedure it’s laser resurfacing for sun damage, fine lines, wrinkles. My girlfriend just had it done looks amazing. Keep you posted on my next treatments

I have had several treatments at this clinic over the span of 5 years. I am a huge fan of Doriana Cosgrove; she tells it like it is and always steers me in the right direction for my needs. I have had IPL, Genesis and vein removal, all of which were done in a very professional manner in great surroundings. I recently had another IPL treatment with the new stronger apparatus which worked wonders on my red skin and age spots. I would recommend Dr Cosgrove to anyone who wants to improve the look and feel of their face!
