I went here when my IPhone 5s died and radio shack wouldn’t follow through with their guarantee to fix it as this store is only 3 or 4 stores away. I asked about getting another phone of the same type. I was willing to add another line to my acct to do this. At this time the person I was speaking to told me I had to pay a overdue bill first which I was planning to pay that day anyway so I gave her my card. I informed the employee 3 times how much to take off my card. She repeated the amount 3 times, ran the card and the next word from her was oh no! She had charged my card DOUBLE what I asked her to. After I complained about this she tried to get verizon to return the overage amount but verizon told her it would take 3 days(it took 8 actually). The clerk at this store said that not only would I get the overpayment returned but they would give me the overage amount approximately $ 105 in credit towards the purchase of a new IPhone 5s 64 Gb phone. I agreed to that. When I tried to get the new phone I found out that Apple discontinued that phone when the IPhone 6 came out and a clerk at another verizon store even tried to order one from the warehouse and was unsuccessful. I called this store back and was told that the credit was for that phone only so there was nothing they could do if that phone was no longer available. I recommend that u avoid this store at all costs and make the drive to the store on Ben Franklin road. They r much friendlier, knowledgable and always have tried to ensure that I leave there satisfied. I will never return to this store!
