2+ hour wait for food (mediocre cheeseburgers, small portion of fries and a cold grilled cheese) with more than half of the seats in the restaurant open. Multiple tables canceled orders and left because of the amount of time it was taking for service. We did get our meal and a round of beer free but honestly it was not worth the wait. Our waitress was apologetic but the owner acted as though he could care less, we will not return.

We came in around 1:15pm and sat ourselves down only to be told to move up to the second floor. This happened after the host took our drink orders; their reasoning for the move was because not everyone in my party was 21.
There was nothing set up upstairs. The workers had to arrange a lonely, long table for us. The service was very poor. It took about 10 minutes after we sat down upstairs to get our drinks. We ordered our food when she brought our drinks, around 1:25pm.
I could have walked to the Chipotle a block away, ordered, brought it back, and eaten half of it before getting my order at this restaurant. We got our food right at 2pm. Most of us ordered things that could have been prepared quickly: salads, wraps, and burgers.
The food was very sub par. I had the «Manhattan», which was a lot of mashed potatoes on top a piece of Texas toast, drizzled in gravy with four strips of beef. The vegetables were clearly microwaved from frozen as some of them were still ice cold.

Very disappointed by this food. I got delivery and the appetizer sampler was burnt to a crisp and inedible. The BLT was terrible, too, the 1 piece of bacon on it was also burnt that sliver of tomato was MIA. There sure was plenty of lettuce, though. Huge waste of money, seriously the most disappointing food I have had in a very long time.

Was given the late night food menu at 7 o’clock on a Saturday! Seems to be more of a night club environment and not really a restaurant.
