We started out with my husband getting a new bike. The staff were great. Then my husband was out riding me so we went back a week later and got me a bike. Brandon helped us the first time and there was absolutely no pressure to buy, he was very knowledgeable. We ask a lot of questions and he didn’t mind explaining each answer. We went to get my bike but didn’t allow enough time to make a comfortable decision. Kevin helped us this time and he too was very patient. We had to leave due to other events we already had planned. We then went back and Chris helped us. I tested out the two bikes we were looking at and finally made a very comfortable decision. There has been absolutely no buyers remorse with our two purchases. Any bikes or bike accessories that we need in the future will be bought at this store. Fantastic!

A-​1 is a nice shop with a good selection of bikes. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful with suggesting and explaining the type of bike for your riding needs & locations. A-​1 device department is great and we”ve used often in the past.

Best bike shop in town. Good prices and the easiest bunch of bike nerds to get along with. Went for the first time a couple years ago to repair an old bike and about 6 months later had them build a beautiful semi-​custom VO Polyvalent. Visit them, you’ll be glad you did.
