SSSLLLOOOOOOOWWW. I’ve gone through the drive through twice now, and both times it took way too long for me to get my turkey sandwich on a Junior bun. The first time was 7 minutes, the second 12. Once I was the only person, the next time there was one car with one lady in front of me.
And this is one of the Arby’s with the curbs that hold you in so you can’t leave the drive-thru. Annoying.
Seriously. It does not take 12 minutes to put 3 – 4 ounces of turkey onto a bun. There is no excuse for this. What is WRONG with Arby’s? They all seem to be taking a turn towards sucking. If they’re holding on something for the first car (what? potato cakes?), and the food for the second car is done, why not do McDonald’s-style and have the first car move forward? I will not be back.
