Triple point Stout Bacon bob hamburger Did not have Korean BBQ meat Normal chain food for normal price Server was very nice but did mess up on a number of things. Like what should have been delivered and who got charged for what

Fantastic service. Servers were well versed in the menu. Were able to accommodate 2 large parties for us without reservations. You got to try the Smokin Hot Mac n Cheese!!!

Lunch. Burger was just ok. I made the mistake of having too many toppings. I could barely taste the burger. Go for the 8 ounce instead of the 4 ounce burger. Service was mediocre. Fries were small and bits and pieces. Chipotle sauce was great. Nice décor. Basically an updated version of fuddruckers No-fuddruckers had good burgers

Tried it twice. Won’t try again. Not bad but service was slow for 230pm on a Saturday. Staff was pleasant, just short staffed. Burgers have very little flavor. But the fries were good. I can get better burgers most anywhere. And the Mac and cheese was bland too. Had high hopes for a burger place.

Bagger Daves from the outside, seems to have so much to offer. However, not the case. Entered the facilities to find three people dining. We stood around for 5 – 10 minutes, before we took the assumption that it was ‘seat yourself’. No biggie. Sat at the table of our choice for 10 minutes before being acknowledged. Food was fast. Service was not. I honestly don’t think our waiter had a smile. Not complaining, as her day may have been off. But if I was a typical customer, they’d be less than satisfied. Quality of food: bland. Fries: awesome. In fact, I think the fries were the only good thing about my experience. Employees enjoying food while on the clock. Manager walked out to show his face for about two seconds. Again, no smiles. Take your chances(:

Love building my burger and, with their options, it is hard to miss. Comfort food and nice folks! The tortilla chips with sea salt and Cajun spice are a nice savory, but are a bit too salty. Nice craft beers, the selection a little heavy on IPAs, but try the Yoshi’s nectar for a fine, full lager.

Zero stars, this place is a train wreck. Not enough waiters and the food is terrible. Will be gone in less than a couple months. RIP Bagger #Fail

Pretty good burgers and sandwiches. Fries are OK too. I tend to go here if someone else is choosing, or if it is a work function. I like the fact that they serve draught beer, which gives this an edge over many other burger places. This is a boring review, but I don’t have much to say. Hence the 3 star rating.

From the outset it seems Bagger Dave’s has more to offer than your run-of-the-mill burger joint. A fun train on an elevated track, plenty of TV’s and a small but classy looking bar area. That’s where the initial impression crashes into reality. I went there on a Monday evening around 8:30pm, slow getting seated by a very rushed and almost annoyed waitress. After sitting for a few minutes a different waitress came by and took our drink orders, no problem there. The issues started with our use of Bagger Dave’s own order forms that are on each table(small bowling pencils provided), I filled out the unnecessarily complicated form indicating what type of burger and fries I wanted. «Just fill it out and hand it to the waitress» I’m thinking. Nope. She had none of it LOL! I handed her the postcard-like form and she laid it down in front of her and proceeded to ask me what I wanted. I made numerous references to the card and after about the fourth time, she turned it over and took my fries order from it(Bravo!) She realized she could take the order from the form! I’m not faulting our waitress, she was pleasant and attentive in our other needs, the ordering part seems she needed much more training. Mgmt at fault. Food wise: Burgers are a fun sloppy mess but there’s a line between a gourmet burger and lack of care in preparing and presenting the food. Most of the burgers here look like they’ve been scooped from a large bucket of burgers and put into a smaller, table sized bucket and brought to your table. All of which made me think ‘Wow, $ 18 for this burger and fries?” Not really worth it.

I’ve been here a few times by myself and with groups. With groups, the servers don’t care about taking a single order until they are sure everyone is here. No attention to detail. The beer I ordered tonight prompted this review. I’ve never seen this: ordered a draft beer and I got a glass of cold water mold. It’s obvious they don’t have standards. The server even left the glass at our table after the acknowledgment of our complaint. The food and beer are good and there is potential to be a decent establishment, but it seems like the owner or manager just doesn’t care enough. Nicole: I tried contacting you via Bagger Dave’s «contact us» email citing your name and this review. It’s been weeks with no reply. I cannot directly contact you via Unilocal.Send me a message, please.

After shopping at Costco, visiting friends and I wanted to eat casually so we could catch up. Michelle explained the concept. She is professional, courteous, friendly and attentive. We loved the fresh food, service and the atmosphere. I enjoyed it so much I brought another friend. This time, Candace was our service. Again, excellent, friendly and efficient service with incredibly tasting burgers. This has become a favorite spot, in just two visits!

2nd time and still extremely satisfied With my wife’s restrictive dietary needs, they were very accommodating. Food was cooked perfectly. All details were thought out and well worth the price. This time we only had one server but my drink never stayed dry. It was a little later than usual but that didn’t reflect on the service. I love their free refills on local soft drinks and that they don’t use a microwave. One of the few places I actually can say does a great job. We will return. Now, get over here and take my money!!! ;-)

One day, as lunch was approaching, I said«I’m craving a burger.» My friend: «have you heard of Bagger Dave’s?» Let me tell you about this place. You are handed a form, which on one side is a build your custom burger form, the other side is a custom fries order. I loved having the freedom to choose everything from the protein to the bun as well as all the fixins, sauces, and cheeses. Great place for someone craving a burger. As my friend said, «you could go there every day and never eat the same burger twice!» P. S. I do not endorse anyone eating a burger every day.

I am a stickler for a good burger. My family and I decided to try Bagger Daves. I can say with the utmost confidence that I am glad we made this choice. I struggled between a burger and the Ono Chicken. I decided on the Ono Chicken and ordered The Silencer as a drink. When the food came, our children could not stop commenting on the food while agreeing how difficult it was to stop eating the salad, burger, and Twisted Mac and Cheese. My husband and I passed pur burger and chicken back and forth because they both tasted so amazing. Their food is nothing short of amazing. The staff, drinks, and food are worth coming back for time and time again.

I ordered a Santa Fe chipotle turkey burger and a bourbon pumpkin milk shake and my buddy ordered the ono chicken sandwich and the hummer milk shake. My burger didnt seem like it was made with exceedingly fresh ingredients and I didnt eat the lettuce because it was one giant stalk with a little green on the sides but the taste carried me through it. It was delicious, and my buddy liked his ono chicken as well. However, the real stars of the meal were the shakes. «Adult milk shakes» as the menu calls them are a fantastic idea for summer patio dining and Bagger Dave’s are delightful. I just wish they had a patio to enjoy them on.

Gave up eating beef about a year ago. So the days of enjoying a great burger was becoming a distant memory. I was told to try the turkey burger at Beggar Daves and it was one of the best tips I’ve ever got. The layout inside was great. Plenty of seating and interesting photos and décor. The food… was…awesome! Had the chipotle turkey burger and I couldn’t tell it was turkey at all. The sauces are made in store and taste great. The entire meal was delicious, down to the«mystery soda» Try it! You will be impressed

Thought we would head out for a gourmet burger and they are open until midnight on Fri and Sat night! Score! The place sits a little too far off the road to have business that late at night. We got there around 10pm Sat night and there was one other table of people there. They make their own beverages and they are so much more flavorful than a «fanta orange soda». The rootbeer tasted great as well. They offer a variety of microbrews as well as a craft bourbon selection if you are interested. The blu burger had a lot of flavor complete with cajun seasoning which i wasn’t expecting but tasted great with the blue cheese. The bacon bbq burger needed more bbq sauce which they gladly provided. Even the manager said she thought there was never enough bbq sauce on the burger(seems to soak into the bread). We tried the sweet potato chips, fries, and the twisted mac and cheese. Wish everything wasn’t a la carte. Seems a little expensive in that regard. Do not be fooled.. . the train entertains more than just the kids. Every time I went to say something, my boyfriend(in his 30s) was watching the train go around the room.

I’m going to give this place a 3, based on a couple of visits. The service is good, not great. The burgers are good, not great. The fries ARE great. :) If I’m in the area, and craving a burger, I’ll stop in. However, I wouldn’t drive across town for it.

I love a good burger and I love craft beer. Add trains and you’ve already got me hooked. We stopped by today on a whim for lunch. it was cold outside and a good burger sounded good. Unfortunately, it was cold inside, too. They’ve got those big garage doors on the western-facing wall which is GREAT in the summer, but quite uncomfortable when it’s below 45 degrees outside. Not sure what was up with the heat today. The hostess was wonderful and even checked back with us a couple of times during our meal. We told her we were new and it was a nice touch for her to make sure we didn’t have any questions and give us a carry out menu. Our server came up and greeted us and also asked if this was our first time there. We said it was, as we were checking in on Unilocal and Foursquare. He asked if we wanted him to give the complete rundown of their food and drink menu. We said yes. My husband was finishing up his check-in and the server said, «I’ll wait until your done with your phone before I start.» HA! Okay… I felt a little like I was in elementary school at that point, but it didn’t grind my gears too much. :-) So we got the 411 on the menu. The rest of the time he was very courteous and helpful. We were very impressed that they make their own sodas and cola. They don’t carry national chain soft drinks. Good for them! I also loved their craft beer and bourbon selections. Based on that alone I would return to Bagger Dave’s. Rick ordered black cherry and I got the ginger ale. The drinks are bottomless, which is a nice bonus. Once he finished the black cherry he got green apple, which everyone who worked at the restaurant was RAVING about, but ended up not being our favorite. The black cherry was the winner. It was really good! The ginger ale was pretty average… nothing to write home about. But we really stopped in to try the burgers. The options of what burger you can get and how you have it dressed is pretty stellar and all the ingredients are fresh. They have signature condiments and sauces, which is also a nice touch. I had the single Santa Fe Chipotle turkey burger. The sauce, bun, toppings and condiments were excellent — above par. But the turkey burger patty itself was boring. I couldn’t even taste it. I felt like it was more of a carrier for everything else than the highlight of the sandwich. Rick had the beef Blues Burger and he liked it a lot. We both had the fresh cut fries and they were amazing! We weren’t really impressed by the dessert menu so we didn’t order any. I know this review sounds like a lot of little things were off, which is true. But we were impressed enough by the things that were right that we will absolutely go back.

I visited Bagger Dave’s because I won tickets to a Sun King beer an food pairing, hosted by happy hour guys on their BEERmudaTriangle tour. I questioned the restaurant because of the Unilocal reviews, but let me assure you the current reviews do not properly portray the service or food quality. We were given a Sun King beer pairing with each of 4 burger pairings(see my Photo for burger/beer pairing details). The first 3 burgers were turkey burgers. Normally I wouldn’t order a turkey burger at a restaurant because they tend to come out as dry as cardboard. Not the case here. The turkey burgers were moist and flavorful, and paired wonderfully with the Sun King beers. If you look at the list of burgers in the photo, they start out sweet and progressively get spicier. The final beef burger was delicious. The pineapple cut the heat wonderfully and paired very well with the Sun King grapefruit jungle. The service was absolutely amazing. Yes, we were there for a special event and got special attention, but once Happy Hour Guys were done filming, the waitress came over to tell us that we were welcome to stay and to let her know if we needed anything else. In fact, most of the wait staff actually moved to Indy from Michigan(Where Bagger Dave’s first started) and were eager to chat us up about the restaurant’s roots/heritage and answer any questions. Although I can only speak for the burgers and beer, I feel like those are the staples people go for at Bagger Dave’s, and go for them you should. They also have a LARGE selection of local, micro brews on tap, along with a few popular brews from other cities(I noticed Bell’s, which I’m guessing they keep on tap since they started in Michigan). I will definitely be back with all my friends to enjoy the rest of the menu.
