Horrible place. Took our money from gift certificate– never called back, when I booked an appointment they forgot to give the massage therapist an reminder and told me she was too busy to provide any service to me. I wish my bf hadn’t spend $ 250 on this stupid place!

As far as I’m concerned, the owners of this defunct business should be prosecuted for fraud. They advertised and sold gift certificates for services which, within a week or two thereafter, were worthless because the business was closed. I arrived for my appt and they were packing up the office! They insisted they were just moving, but SURPRISE! they never reopened, nor did they ever answer or respond to phone calls. Where is the Indiana A.G. when you need him?!

I think this is a pea-​shake house. They never seem to be open and they never return calls. This is twice now that I have attempted to reach them.

Found Beau Visage through a Groupon offer for a hot stone facial. Lori, the esthetician, was absolutely fantastic. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, relaxed, and professional. The atmosphere is soothing and inviting, and the entire experience was top notch. Hands down my favorite spa in Indy.
