Biz On Fletcher

Shannon is AMAZING. After I moved to Indy about 2 years ago, I’ve gone through 3 hairdressers, none of who could cut my hair correctly. But Shannon nailed it. I also wanted to go back to the red I had in college. I showed her pics and we walked through the options and she did a wonderful job! Even my hubby, who usually doesn’t love when I change my hair, wouldn’t stop talking about how great it looked.

I’ve been going to Biz for about a year, and Andra has been cutting my hair for about half a year now. She’s been great. I typically don’t know what to do with my mostly curly hair; in the past when I’ve let stylists know this and asked them to do whatever they think would look good, I end up with something that looks like all the other haircuts I’ve had: short and nondescript. Andra told me more about the way my hair is (straight on the sides, curly on top) and came up with a perfect cut that now seems so obvious, but for whatever reason no other stylists thought about it before. Even better, Andra is easy to talk with, so something that has typically felt like a chore in the past is actually pretty enjoyable, especially with the brief complementary massage and facial.

I really like Biz on Fletcher. I used to get my haircuts at Great Clips, because it took no planning ahead and I’m cheap. It was usually terrible. I have a huge mane of curly hair and get it cut down quite a bit each time and they would just butcher it left and right. Finally I decided to fork out the extra bucks and go to Biz on Fletcher. As you can tell by my rating it was work every penny. You get a shampoo, head and shoulder massage and mini-​facial with your haircut. It feels nice to be pampered sometimes, you know? Every haircut I have had there turned out great. The stylists really know what they’re doing. I will continue to get my infrequent haircuts at Biz on Fletcher.

This place is utterly terrible! I was blonde and just wanted to go blonder and Andra completely turned my hair purple! She asked if I wanted it out, as if that should even be a question. She said she got it out and when I got home my hair was grey with a silver tint and the entire underneath was purple! I was livid and she only offered me a free toner when I brought it to their attention. I paid well over $ 200 and she said it wouldn’t be above $ 180. I wanted my money back because I had to sit there for hours on hours only for my hair to be a complete mess. She had no remorse brushing my hair as hard as she could, not caring about any tangles either. Just warning you. Go somewhere else. It seems she just wanted my money and didn’t care how she did it!
