***This review is based solely on price quoted, I did Not actually use their service. The Apple store recommend I buy additional Ram for my 2009 Macbook through Amazon and have it installed locally. They mentioned in was a quick install– 15 minutes or less. I paid $ 34 on amazon for the Ram and when I called Bray to inquire about the install, they said it would be a Minimum of $ 150! That seems outrageous for a 15 minute task. I then called the Mac Experience on 82nd. They quoted a flat $ 49. Still seems high, but way less than what Bray wanted to charge…

Doors locked-in BROADRIPPLE! They have to click you in. Gave me my computer back said they couldn’t fix. Kept the power cord that had my name on it that I brought in with the computer. Three weeks later they called and said by the way come a pick up your hard drive. I was shocked as I told them to put it back into the computer. When I asked the lady at the desk, who is owner’s wife, by the way, she was«cavalier» about it and said oh you could have looked inside yourself to see if it was there. Logical assumption it would be there– who would want to make 2 trips. I took it somewhere else and they were able to pull up the info on the hard drive – turns out it was not even my hard drive. I am a business professional, had reports on it I am required by the State to keep 10 years-GONE! I will never go back

i take Apple computers there regularly from my business and have never had a bad experience. they are usually efficient and affordable. Warranty work is done very quickly. I’d totally recommend them, the only reason i dont give them 5 stars is that parking can be crappy(but welcome to Broad Ripple) and sometimes you have to call for updates on things.

I took a smart stick from my Sony handy cam to have a family reunion video transferred to a DVD. He kept it for a week and when I got it home to play in my DVD player it would not play on my Sony or my mac(both of which I told him that these were the 2 devices I’d be using). He charged me 50 $ and actually kept several blank dvd’s I’d brought in for the transfer. Called him about the problem and he said that he did what I asked him to do. He said I should play it on a windows PC(I don’t have one!) Poor service and a cheat!
