Calico Corners

I had window treatments made for my bedroom in which I received very poor customer service. Calico corners issued me a store credit of $ 75 for the inconvenience and hopefully return business. When I was ready to use the credit, they informed I had used it and then it was expired!!! So I received more poor service in which I will never return!!!

Worst customer service ever! I’ve been into the store four times in the last month and not one time was I greeted upon entry. Not one time was I asked if I needed help. Not one time did someone make themselves available to cut me a sample. It’s unfortunate and consistent for this location since the product selection is great.

I am thrilled w every aspect of my experiences here. As a person who doesn’t sew but appreciates quality work they r off the charts. …I’m heading back today for window treatments. .and appreciates and a shower curtain something or other.

Purchased 4 yards of fabric @$ 31.49yard…only to find out after we cut the fabric that it had a major manufacturer’s defect. Poor customer service. They are unwilling in good faith to offer any kind of refund for the unusable fabric. There was a brown line running the entire length of the 4 yards and 6 inches of the fabric width is completely unusable. The brown line wasn’t noticeable in their store because of the poor lighting and I couldn’t use the sun to inspect it because it was raining the day I bought it. Only after I used only the right side did I see the defect on the left side of the fabric. The entire fabric roll is bad and they are still selling it. Beware! Also note, since the Indy Calico Corners store is a franchise, you can’t return your fabric to corporate or go to another Calico Corners. Purchase online with corporate or a store that is owned by corporate. Best bet is shop elsewhere!

RUDE. Store is incredibly rude. Ive gone here a couple times and receives the same poor customer service.
I would recommend heritage fabrics in castleton.

Great for home design. Not meant for clothing fashion.
