Ciao Bella salon– Karla. I’ve been going to Karla for years now. Karla is a very nice, professional, outgoing person. Karla has always done an outstanding job.

DON’T GOTOADRIAN… She wasn’t polite and didn’t do what I asked. She said she understood what I wanted at the beginning but apparently she didn’t understand or just didn’t want to do it. I wouldn’t recommend her. She also gossips about her customers behind their back which I don’t think is very professional…

I’ve been going here for years, and I love it! Great location and atmosphere… the wine while you wait doesn’t hurt either.

I happened in to Ciao Bella because my mother who lives in Florida asked me to pick her up some more Ambre Essence which I found out online that Ciao Bella carries. It was simply laziness on my part as I didn’t want to make the drive to Carmel. I walked in and waited 15 minutes without a single person acknowledging my presence at their front desk. Ironically the front desk has a shadow box promoting none other than Ambre Blends. Several stylists saw me standing there and did nothing to assist me or call out to someone to assist me. I understand if many smaller salon’s do not keep a constant front desk person staffed but in that case the staff needs to care. I would have been grateful for a simple yell that someone would be with me shortly vs. the zero acknowledgement I received. Apparently even the most basic customer service is lost on this place.

So Ive never really loved any haircut or stylist. I really needed a good cut so I took a chance and made an appointmet. I had a really great experience at Ciao Bella. I finally got the haircut and color that I asked for! I would recommend this salon for sure. And schedule with Jacquie.

Most stylish salon in Indianapolis. There is always someone to greet and offer you beer, wine, or water. The music is always tasteful and there is a great selection of magazines! So many great stylists and a nail artist, too.

I ordered a gift certificate here as a half-off deal on one of the local radio station websites. This place operates with every stylist setting their own hours and appointments, and as such I was given the number for the stylist that had offered the deal. I called her and left a voicemail, and she called back and left a voicemail a day later. I called her back a couple days after that and left another voicemail… and didn’t hear back for 2 weeks. I had to try 3 more times to finally get a hole of her. Normally by that point I would have given up but I paid for the gift certificate and didn’t want to lose it. When I made it to the salon for my finally-schedueled appointment, it was very nice. I wasn’t greeted super promptly but within a couple minutes, and I was offeredf a glass of water, wine, or beer. i took the wine(of course). My stylist was running about 10 minutes late but no one bothered to tell me. What saved this review is the awesome job that Rachel did on my hair. It really looks beautiful. Perfectly placed highlights and nice long layers with lots of movement and bounce. The styling lasted all day as well. Each stylist sets their own prices as well, so I don’t know what’s normal there as far as prices, hours, and services offers. My total was $ 130 for the highlights and cut, then the $ 50 off. For the qualiy of the work I think it was a fair price. I may or may not go back depending on how hard it is to get a hold of her again!
