Clarks England Shoe Store

I bought my fourth pair of Clarks Thursday, but my first pair at this store. The staff did a fantastic job of being attentive without trying to act like they were my friend and distracting me from actually shopping. Ultimately, I made my purchase and left a happy customer that will be back. Make sure you ask for the frequent buyer card if you buy a lot of Clarks! Interestingly, I have a friend from England that spent some time here and he was telling me that he was always surprised that Americans consider Clarks a kind of higher end shoe when their home country doesn’t view that way at all!

I’ve purchased Clarks Shoes for over 15 years. Best shoes I’ve ever put on my feet. gerunds always ask me what kind of shoes I’m wearing and always proud to point then to Clarks.
Purchases a pair about 3 months ago and the sole had almost wore out and I knew something wasn’t right. Took them this store, because I was traveling and out if town, and they replaced them on the spot.
Great customer service and they stand behind their product.
The sales associate was great and very helpful. I even bought another pair of Desert Boots.

I’m a window shopper here. Hey, you walk into a shoe store with 60 bucks and come out with one shoe.
That being said, the shoes, boots and all products are well made and long lasting. I’ve been spying the Denton Danes, but can’t seem to pull the trigger. We do enjoy the aroma of the leather. The friendly sales team is non pressuring.

I’m a huge fan of Clarks, and ventured into the mall to get my second pair of their legendary Desert Boots. I had my last pair for almost two years and after wearing it nearly every day, the suede was getting a bit worn down.
This store has a great selection of Clarks products, including the new releases of the Desert Boots. The staff was friendly and helpful as I tried on several pairs of shoes and boots.
The cost is not cheap, but the quality is there. I’m very happy with my second pair and still wear the very comfortable first one for less formal occasions.

We visited this store two days ago and my husband bought two leather belts. The manager — Glenn — and the two young men working there were all SUPER-​nice and very friendly! We had a wonderful/​humorous conversation with Glenn.

Yes, I’m giving five stars to a shoe store in a mall. Bear with me.
The selection was of a much higher quality than any other store in the mall; they had numerous pairs I wanted to wear all winter that looked stylish, high quality, and comfortable. It’s possible that, being from the big city, I’m accustomed to a different aesthetic.
But most importantly, the customer service was perfect. Perfect!
Multiple salesmen (I’d say salespeople, but they were all male) helped us pick out the right boots, and offered sincere feedback (ex. «personally, I think pants should only be tucked into cowboy boots, so those are a stretch, but the cuff makes them ok»). The guy who’s a little older than the rest, and who seems to be in charge of the place, did a great job selling shoes and nudging me in different directions without being too zealous; I ended up getting shoes that I really love instead of the ones I thought were aiight.
And this is worth reiterating: compared to the other stores, Clarks’s selection was far better in quality and style than anywhere else in the mall.

I love Clarks so when we discovered this store, naturally we had to pop in. The smell of expensive leather should come in the form of a candle so I can light it in my house and pretend I have a house full of classy, manly shoes. We didn’t feel like carrying around bags for the rest of the day, otherwise I would have made my husband buy some shoes. The prices were normal for the brand, so it was expensive, but not marked up so that’s good. The store was clean and inviting, which is probably why we wound up in there in the first place. Next time we’re in town, I’m going to make my husband purchase something from this store.
