I lived here for 5 years: 2010 — 2015. My advice: don’t live here. The previous company was super nice and easy to work with, the current people are rude, inconsiderate, and difficult to deal with. The neighborhood is awful and has only gotten worse over the years… crime is higher than ever. I heard gunshots outside my window 5 times in a 6-month span in 2015, which is when I decided to move out. Apart from that fact that the place is falling apart and the hallways smell like a smokey gas station restroom, maintenance will enter your apartment at any time(with or without notice, happily leaving muddy footprints on your carpet, then charging you cleaning fee when you move out). My rent increased 5% every year for the last 6 years without any improvements made. Don’t live here. There are much better apartments ¼ mile in any direction.

I applied to live at this apartment complex and paid a $ 30 application fee and what I thought was a deposit of $ 100 to hold the apartment for me. Come to find out that it was in fact a fee for administrative costs that was non-refundable. Case in point, when I decided not to live there, I did not get my $ 100 back. Always ask specific questions when money is involved.
