Donatos Speedway

I’ve ordered from here four times. Today will be my fifth. I’m not sure where some of these complaints are coming from but I’ve never had any thing but perfection from here. At first I thought it seemed a little expensive, but then I saw the food and the portions were huge! Price per ounce was VERY inexpensive. I’m someone who can EAT and I had to save half of my calzone!
The owner was working the first night I was there and he explained a little about the history of his culinary experience and I was blown away! Plus he was a really friendly guy. Some of the people leaving bad reviews should call and talk to him, (not some kid behind the counter, but the owner) because I’m sure he would make things right.
The food is amazing, the prices are right, and the service is great.
They did have one employee working the front counter who seemed to be pretty inexperienced at customer service based on the way I heard he talking to a customer on the phone, but I’m guessing thats problem that will solve itself. Surely she will be let go, or she will be retrained (if that hasn’t already happened).

Wow! You want to talk about absolute garbage! I ordered a pizza at 6:40 for delivery, I called to see where my order was at because it was promised by 8:10… Wife and I decided to stay in tonight for Valentine’s Day… Well just got off the phone at 8:40 and they haven’t even put my pizza in the oven… this is a pathetic excuse for a pizza place especially with the wide variety of other options we have in indy! I will NEVER order from here again and I would hope this would help all of you to stay away from this garbage. They will not be successful in ruining my night! NEVER AGAIN!

We waited over 1 and ½ hours for a cold pizza. Very disappointing. The promised delivery time was 45 minutes. The cost was moderate.

I think its price is average compares with other pizza joint. As a franchise resturant, it tastes so good! They deliver hot pizza to your door all the time. My favorite would be Chicken Mariachi Pizza. Extra Sour cream!

Good pizza, especially for a chain place. The wings are surprisingly good, usually don’t expect them that good from a chain pizza place, definitely recommend them (hot buffalo of course)

No delivery minimum, dinner was only 8 dollars and the food was delicious! Try the margarita pizza and the cinna twists. Yum.
