Wow. Just wow. I’ve come to this location a couple of times because it is closer to my apartment, and each time the employees make me so flustered that I end up going to the one on Lafayette and Georgetown for proper service.
The last time we stopped in here before Christmas to drop off an international package. My husband gets a discount for working for an airline, so we get a pretty good deal on sending packages through FedEx. The girl we dealt with gave us the quote for one package and it was three times the price it normally is. Rob tried to explain to her that he we’ve sent packages this size before, internationally, and it was nowhere near the price she quoted us. She didn’t even get a manager for a second opinion, just turned around and asked another person if this price was accurate. The other co-​worker didn’t even come to the register to check, just said «Yep.» and went on his way.
It’s very disappointing when customer service is so poorly represented. The attitude we receive here is rudeness and carelessness for customers in general. So now we go to our normal location on Lafayette and Georgetown. They were able to give us the right price and send out our package on the shipment that was leaving as we pulled up.
