So great! I’ve had many foot massages and this place was the most beautiful facility! Understand this is not the type of massage one gets at a spa, it is a traditional Asian style massage. There are differences. The major ones are: you keep your clothes on and you will be in a room with other people. Totally with the experience!

My fiancé and I have gotten massages here twice, the 60 minutes full body/foot massage for $ 35 a person. Both times have been wonderful. The location is convenient(makes for easy transition for spending some time window shopping at the mall or an adventure at Goodwill before/after the relaxation). The first time we made an appointment(since it was close to Valentine’s Day) and we were checked in right at out appointment time. The 2nd time we walked in with no wait. The atmosphere is so relaxing– dim lighting, peaceful wave sounds and soft music, clean and organized. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. The receptionist answered all our questions and offered us some tips on what massage we should do. My fiancé had a leg injury and he told the receptionist about it and asked for the massage therapist to not treat that area and be cautious of it. We had our massages next to each other. The massage therapists were friendly and professional. I was in a full hour of complete relaxation. My fiancé was very pleased with his massage and happy the therapist was careful with his leg injury. We will definitely be back and would like to try out a new type of massage for our next trip. My personal tips(for those first timers noobs like myself!) : LADIES– 1) don’t wear a bunch of make up, try to go more natural to feel more relaxed and for when they massage your face some. 2) wear pants that are easy to be rolled up to your knees or wear shorts. Dress comfortable. 3) obviously you don’t want to stress about that leg hair, so a fresh shave is a good idea. 4) thanks to my silly man, he shared how worried he was off ripping some ass, so you the bathroom and try not to eat anything that would make you extra gassy before the massage. But hey if you let some toots out, maybe that means they are doing an extra good job and just yell«thank you» idk lol.

My wife and I regularly get massages at the Avon location. Love it! Better than most«traditional» massage spa places.

We had massages done here, $ 30 for 30 minutes per person. I enjoyed my experience very much so, my boyfriend not so much. The place was dimly lit and very calming, the chairs were comfortable, and I found it very easy to relax. My masseuse asked what I liked and if I had any areas of focus, which I did and asked him to spend time on my lower shoulder blade. I was in heaven. He applied great pressure and the flow of the massage was very nice. My boyfriend however complained that the lady who massaged him used her elbows to dig deep and kept pulling on his neck. To be fair he does enjoy a Swedish massage vs the deeper tissue that I prefer. Overall a pleasant experience, I would love to see a deal or special discount run for this place and I would definitely return.

Wasn’t sure what kind of body massage to expect from a place called«Foot Euphoria,» but I was very pleasantly surprised! My wife and I took advantage of the excellent pricing and spent our date night getting a full body massage. The masseuse /masseur were both skilled and thorough. The atmosphere was calming. The scents and lotions used were pleasant and not off-putting. All in all this was an excellent value for the price, and I would come back regularly if it weren’t so darn far away from me now! I’m really surprised by the reviews of Foot Euphoria on Unilocal.I find it inflammatory for folks with no clear understanding of what to expect to dog a place simply because it didn’t meet their exacting and unsubstantiated expectations. One should bring an open mind to a new experience… if things aren’t what are expected, one should immediately stop and communicate about their dislike of something. I can definitely relate to this feeling, particularly during a massage — not every masseuse is going to be your favorite or do what you think is a great job. But if you don’t explain to them that you don’t like something, they can’t read your mind!!! This isn’t as much a fault of the establishment as it is the customer. I would not let any of the less than stellar Unilocal reviews of this establishment paint this place as one to avoid. Instead, use them to your advantage to set expectations appropriately and to learn how to be a customer who asks questions and establishes what they want before you’re trapped in a double room with a pounding masseuse! :) As opposed to lambasting this establishment for what it isn’t, I highly recommend Foot Euphoria for what it IS: a thorough salon with very reasonable prices and excellent value.

I had a really bizarre, awful experience here last week. Similar to what happened to Sally(another review). The second I walked in, the owner almost looked panicked to see me.(I’m a 24 year old chick in adidas shorts, by myself. Chill, homie.) I went to the counter to check in and asked the receptionist(in a hushed tone) where the bathroom was. She politely told me and he jumped in, pointed at my cell phone(which I wasn’t even on) and goes«ISTHATTHINGSILENCED??». Yes. I can read the three signs on your door. I wish you could be silenced, sir. When I got back from the bathroom I had a seat in the waiting area with another woman. When it was time for her to go back, the owner looks at us and goes«Would you two like to share a room???». A) I can’t exactly say no, now, can I? B) I have no idea who this woman was. I don’t really come in to make friends, I come in to get a relaxing massage. I’m sure she felt the same. C) Clearly it’s better for the owner’s bottom line if I share a room with this other gal. Doesn’t make it okay to ask two customers to sacrifice the quality of their massage. AND, after I was coerced into doing this, he asked us AGAIN if our cell phones were off. For all that nonsense about ME being quiet, my massage was definitely not relaxing. The two therapists in our room talked the entire time and the woman who I shared a room with was also quite chatty throughout. She even had some sort of leg cast that had to be taken off, so the first ten minutes of my massage were filled with Velcro-tearing sounds. I wanted to demand a refund but didn’t want to deal with the creepo owner anymore. I understand the importance of having a quiet establishment, but not to this extent. It was just plain rude and condescending. I will not be back.(As a side note, this is my first and only Unilocal review. I usually am pretty happy to please. This should give you an idea of how bad this place treated me.)

I went to the Castleton location for the first time last week. I made an appointment for my boyfriend and I as a Christmas present for him. Our appointment was at 5:45 pm and they were 15 minutes late in starting the massage. I was horrified when in the middle of my massage the gentlemen actually cut open two of my toes with his finger nails. I asked to speak with a manager and explanied to them what had happened. The front desk lady was very nice and said she would get with a manager and have them call me immediately. That was 5 days ago and I have yet to hear from anyone. I explained to the girl that I understand that things happen and that my main concern is that I am worried for the safety of future guests. I am in shock that no one was concerned about this incident or cared enough to try and«make it right» as we say in the customer service business.

Went to the Avon location. This is the best money I have spent in a long time. I will return at least monthly. I mean it was so amazing I felt numb with stress free happiness and overwhelming bliss. From the warm foot bath to the deep massage… it was sooo good.

Given the strip mall that this place is tucked away in, I would not have expected the beutiful décor and atmosphere that I found. It was one of the best massages I have ever had — more of a full body than just a foot massage, but with clothes on. Very relaxing, professional atmosphere and a great value. I will be back, and often!

I had a chance to visit this place on Sat the 18th of June. I had scheduled and appointment and got in at my scheduled time. I have been to one of the other foot massage places in Indy so I knew going in what to expect. Overall I enjoyed my session and felt much better after the session. Below are some points I would like to make. *The propieter takes great care to make sure the environment is quite and relaxing which is really important. *The staff was professional and provided a very nice massage *The chairs were comfortable and the whole place seemed clean and well cared for. *The massage addressed all the areas they claim to address *I personally would like to have seen more attention paid to my arms and neck area. *While working on my back was good, just a basic use of the forearms doens’t kinda address the kinks like I would have liked to have seen, especially with the pinched nerve issue I have. Overall it was more then worth the cost of the massage and I really felt the place really provides care and a good massage for it’s clients. You can’t go wrong with a visit here.

I’m very surprised that anyone could have anything negative to say about this place. I guess some people are just overly sensitive about things(like the previous reviewer). I had my first experience with FE this weekend, and from the moment I walked in was treated with great care! Unlike other similar places there was no language barrier with the gentleman at the appointment desk, and he assured me he would match me up with a masseuse that would best meet my need for a less«intense» massage. The special advertised was $ 25 for an hour massage, which was AMAZING! The environment was peaceful and relaxing and I really enjoyed the attention that was paid to my back & shoulders as well as my feet. I strongly encourage potential visitors to give this place a chance, and to base your reviews on the actual service provided rather than getting bent out of shape(no pun intended) about a misunderstanding with an employee. I’m definitely planning to make my visits to Foot Euphoria a regular routine, as I felt like a world of stress had been lifted off of me when I left! Thanks Foot Euphoria! I wouldn’t change a thing!

In response to Tom W.‘s comment about my review; my review does state that I understand that a peaceful environment is preferred for massages. We merely said(not shouted) «good morning» to the employee before he rudely shushed us from behind the counter. I wonder what your customer base would find more distracting, a «good morning» or someone shushing from ten feet away? The fact remains that the issue was not the unavailability of a masseuse or the wait but the inexcusable way a potentional customer was greeted. I believe that there was a better way to handle the situation. That is all. Thank you so much for validating and reaffirming my observations on your establishment’s lack of customer service with your unprofessional retort. Original review: My friend and I love going to the foot spas for our massages. We saw the new Foot Euphoria location and decided to try it out. We walked in at 11:00 am on a weekday and was greeted with a rude and loud«shhh!» by the guy manning the front desk after we only said«Good morning.» I realize that we should be extra quiet at these places as there are people receiving massages only in the next room, but if they were so concerned about it they should post a sign reminding patrons to keep to a low whisper. We normally go to Majestic foot spa, where they have multiple rooms better partitioned from the front counter. That being said, I felt there was a better way to handle the situation without shushing us like we were delinquent kids. We then asked for a massage for us both. The guy said that they were booked with appointments until 12:30. My friend then asked, «Oh I didn’t know we were supposed to make an appointments. You guys are appointment only?» He said, «No, but people have been calling ahead for massage appts.» we thanked him(…for nothing!), left, and proceeded to our usual Majestic Foot Spa where there is always someone ready to give us amazing massages. We even opted for the healing bath salts in our foot baths for just $ 5 extra. All in all, I can’t rate their massages but customer service here was a complete bust. I was informed that Tom W.‘s(from Foot Euphoria) response could not be view by the public. So below is what he wrote to me: We appreciate that you took the time to visit our shop. However, we are sad to learn that you were unable to enjoy a session with us at the time you desired. Foot Euphoria tries to project an atmosphere of peace, quiet, and tranquility. Our current customers expect this of us, and appreciate our efforts to maintain this atmosphere. Being a place of peacefulness, quiet, and solitude, we feel our new and existing customers should already know the proper etiquette when entering our salon. It is the same as any massage salon. In fact, it is not any different than a bedroom with a sleeping person in it. Oftentimes, our customers are asleep or in a state of deep relaxation. Imagine their dismay if we allowed other customers to enter our salon just like they would if they were visiting a bar, a restaurant, the mall, or Dave and Busters? Regarding the unavailability — we are a business that has a growing number of customers — both new and repeat. We currently have 8 therapists working, and we accept walk-ins and appointments. However, if we have appointments booked for a specific time, then the number walk-ins we can accept at that time is limited. On weekdays, we are rarely completely busy, so walk-ins are easily accommodated. However, we tend to be busy on weekends and highly recommend customers call ahead to ensure availability. While we frequently have holes in the schedule where last-minute appointments are available, we can’t guarantee availability for walk-ins. That’s the nature of walking-in — you take your chances — do we have therapists available, or will you have to wait.
