I lived here for a 13-month leases few years ago. When you think of affordable, middle-class, apartments, this is what you get. It’s in a nice area, but it gets quite loud because of the cars rushing by on 69/Binford. My apartment patio faced it but it wasn’t as loud as it seemed when we first moved in. The apartments are a bit old and outdated, especially the appliances, but as I mentioned, you get what you pay for. The amenities are pretty typical: very small workout area and a pool. The best part is that it’s right by the Fall Creek Parkway trail so you can run and bike on it — which was my favorite part about living here. During my time, I did have a couple of residents that lived across the street from me have to have the cops called because of some domestic violence-related issues. So that’s something to point out. I’m not sure what the crime-related activity is now, but a simple crime map search would show you online. I loved that all utilities were paid for, minus wifi, electric, and cable(if wanted). All in all, it was a nice place for me to live. My neighbors were nice, it’s pretty diverse, affordable, and the trail is the biggest selling point for me.
