These things are ridiculously good! I’m not the biggest fan of hot stuff, but these are scrumptious first and hot second. Serve the peppers with and on anything. Leave them whole, cut them up, chop them and put them in your salad — all yummy. Life-Hack Tip: They are delicious thinly sliced and in the scrambled eggs for a Saturday breakfast. The pub cheese is the peppers and brine blended until nearly smooth with cream cheese, goat cheese, and two varieties of cheddar. It’s creamy, kicky, perfect on crackers, and perfect with a beer. Executive Level Life-Hack: Put pub cheese on your sandwich! *drool*

I love the Hunky Jack’s peppers and NEW Haughville Pub Cheese! I picked them up at Goose the Market, and I’m especially hooked on the Pub Cheese. It’s got a great flavor with a little kick, but it’s not overpowering. It’s great with crackers, stuffed in celery, or spread on crostini. The backstory behind the Haughville Pub Cheese is nearly a tearjerker. From the label«Made with the original Hunky Jack Hot Pepper Mix that „Hunky“ Jack Rogers created through his friendship with the Slovenian community of Indianpolis’ Haughville in the 40’s.» Would love to see this available at more of the specialty stores in town and maybe even a demo at a future Unilocal event. It’s a great local product!
