Ideal Plumbing Systems

This is by far the worst contractor that I’ve ever worked with. They were hired by my home warranty company to do a very simple repair. The first thing they did was send probably the most incompetent ‘plumber’ I’ve ever met. He tried to convince us that our drain line probably froze and that is why it was leaking… in JULY. After finally finding where the leak was he said he’d have to come back to fix it because he didn’t know how, but not before charging $ 75 for a 10″ access hole in my cieling. Not to worry he said the $ 75 covers patching it back up. One week later they finally come back out with reinforcement they supposedly fix one of the leaks, but they can’t do the other one. Keep in mind this was the same drain line. After they finally get it fixed, incorrectly that is, they refuse to patch the dry wall. They said that will now cost extra. So I call their manager (Peggy) and she said they’re not going to fix it, despite what they agreed to. She said she can’t be held responsible for what her employees do. And those were her EXACT words.
If you can avoid this place do it at all costs. If you have HWA for a home warranty make sure you tell them NOT to send this company our.
Oh and just so you know this was a simple bath tub drain replacement. I could have easily done this myself, but figured, hey that’s what a home warranty is for. Huge mistake.
