I mean, it’s an airport restaurant. How much do you really expect? It’s one of the few sit down dining experiences pre-security, so it has that going for it. It’s totally fine. I think the better options are post-security. Don’t order the burger — I’m pretty sure they only ask how you’d like it cooked to be polite.

The burgers here are really good and, if I were rating dinner alone, I would give it 4 stars. However, we stopped back here for breakfast on our way back home and were very disappointed! The sausage tasted bad and the waffle was bland. There was only one waitress who was very busy, causing service to be delayed. I recommend skipping this place for breakfast and go for dinner instead.

This was a good choice before a flight. Service was very good and quick. The chicken noodle soup was very good, the French fries were wonderful — just a little bit of seasoning on them. The breakfast scramble was good as well — breakfast served all day. A limited menu, but everything tasted good.

Just had lunch there for the first time today and the food was awesome! Had grilled chicken Cesar and it was excellent! My son’s burger was huge and very good! We’d come back here for sure!!!

This place was simply OK. I came here for breakfast and the choices aren’t that great. I picked the Midwestener Omelet which was 3 eggs, ham, onions and cheese that came with skillet potatoes and bread. It was fine, no complaints. It was huge and can be shared if you want which is what I recommend. That being said, I don’t think I’d come back and spend $ 12 here again when I would be just as happy with a breakfast sandwich from McDonalds. I was the only person in the restaurant at the time, so service was fine, but it was only one lady so I imagine if the place was busier, it would take much longer.

A typical restaurant with very attentive service. The French onion soup was worth 2 stars but the BLT and fries were 3 stars and the service was 4 stars. If you need a place to watch sports while waiting for your flight, this is your best choice.

OMG bad… Slow service… Bad food… And flat beer… This is a place to skip! I would opt for anything else in the airport or just going hungry. How this place is in business is a mystery.

The dried-up«for display only» foods killed my appetite so thoroughly I didn’t have to go in, so that was great! It has deep fried foods to enjoy with a loved one before they leave you for a new job or area or person.

I thought it was mediocre food with cheesy décor, skip it unless it’s your only option.

Ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich. The chicken was spoiled. The manager said she threw away 12 pieces of chicken this morning and may have missed one. I felt like vomiting on the table. This place has earned a lifetime ban. My co-worker got a burger and said it tasted like«old» beef. After he smelled my chicken sandwich he couldn’t finish the burger. We were there after 11am and the place virtually empty, one or two other tables with a couple of people eating lunch. I wanted to warn a couple who just sat down not to eat the chicken or maybe even find a different restaurant.

As airport, sports bars go — this is a good place to spend a bit of time and catch a meal. The staff are typically friendly and attentive. Make sure you tell them immediately if you’re in a hurry and they’ll get you in and out quickly.

I was at the airport with over an hour to kill so I wanted to eat at one of the sit-down restaurants. After having a bad experience at Café Patachou, I decided to give the Indy 500 Grill a try. It wasn’t crowded, the food was good, my server was pleasant, food arrived quickly, and the TVs had the Olympics on… not a bad way to kill time. I had the BLT which came with fries and I had a small side salad.

For an airport restaurant this is a pretty good option. Lots of booths and big tables, plus a big bar up front. A pretty good menu with burgers and sandwiches making up most of it. I got the pork tenderloin sandwich and it was really good. Two huge tenderloins on a fresh bun with fries. The family had a turkey sandwich(which looked basic) and chicken tenders. They all liked their stuff! Service was good and the food was fresh!

No complaints here. Service was good and the food came out quickly, which is always nice in an airport. I had the turkey sandwich, which was enjoyable. The prices were higher than you’d expect anywhere else, but it’s an airport so it was about what you’d expect.

The food isn’t bad, but it isn’t something to write home about. What else to you expect from an airport restaurant/bar? I had the hot wings, which were surprisingly decent, despite being overpriced. They also have a good bar with a decent selection of beers, which would be the only reason I go back there. The servers are understanding of any circumstance, given that travel plans shift often and drastically.

I ate here after returning from a long day of traveling. The place was not crowded and the service was fast. The food was great, and reasonably priced for an airport. I’d eat here again!

As airport bars go-eth…not bad ! Food is on par with most pub grub offerings… …but…they do offer local beers on tap ! The most recent being a Flat 12 product. Cool Indy 500 themed décor… nice addition to the airport. I think the prices are better than most airports I go to… and I go to quite a few of them. Very friendly and smart assish staff… which I enjoy. I think it takes a very special sort of sado-masochist to put up with jerky boy air travelers like myself. The airport is cool. It has some decent food… and its not such a bad place to go hang out and watch a game… grab some nosh… etc.

Typical typical airport restaurant. There’s the usual on the menu from burgers, sandwiches, salads, soups, to a few higher end entrees. Decided to stick with a BLT and even I was disappointed with that. Bacon was your typical thin market-bought bacon. I guess I expected the bacon to be at least a little bit more thicker: P Came with seasoned fries. My co-worker ordered the steak sandwich and that definitely looked better. It has a pretty cool décor since the theme is based off the Indy 500 races. Bar at the front with a good selection of beer if you want one before you take off. Just sucks that even with such a new airport(only a little over half a year) they couldn’t put in a restaurant that would break from the traditionally overpriced mediocre airport restaurants.
