Infinite Self Storage

Infinite Self Storage in Nora has deteriorated over the years (we had rented at this location since opening until recently). Initially, this location was one of a few that had controlled environment storage (AC and Heat) in the Indianapolis metropolitan area. Today there are many other options and we would recommend selecting another option. Specifically, (1) the AC/​Heat in the area of our unit has not worked in almost a year now — brought this to the manager (s) responsible for this location with no follow up, (2) there is rarely an on-​site person in the office located in the front of the property — this location goes through managers every 3+ months, (3) Recent push to fill the place by lowering the monthly rental rates for new customers while charging current renters more than 25%+ more and management will not renegotiate — warning to current renters — get ready for a big increase — at least 8 to 10%, (4) inside controlled environment storage is dirty, (5) reaching a live person is almost impossible … the current manager seems to want to only communicate in «twitter speak» (less than 100 characters) via email and they do not walk the property/​buildings, (6) simple codes are used to enter the facilities — increasing security risk, (7) no video camera’s in controlled environment buildings, (8) no carts (disappeared several years ago) to move your items «into and out» of your unit in the controlled environment buildings, etc. You get the picture. Net, net, there are much better choices in the Indianapolis Metro area — we found three other units that had Controlled environment (AC and Heat) with on-​site 24X7 Managers that lived on the premises and 25% to 30% less cost, including clean controlled environments and a «live manger» that answers the phone and follows up immediately.
