Wow, was I scammed. I called the«local» phone number and spoke to a very friendly, knowledgeable guy about my varmint issue… he tried to sell me a package service which I declined. I asked him very specific questions about what was guaranteed and was told if the problem they are there to service the one time is not corrected or returns it will be treated again until it is corrected at no additional charge. Today 8 days after the $ 170 treatment to get rid of voles I called because they are not gone. Today my call was directed to a call center and I was told there is a $ 50 charge to come back out. I told them that is not what the booking agent told me or the actual exterminator who did the initial treatment. I was then put on hold for 5 mins while she checked with her supervisor who said it will cost the additional $ 50. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told someone will call me back. We will see… DONT use this business. I thought it was a small local operation not a huge scam.

Horrible company and very unprofessional. Placed a large sticky trap in my kitchen without my knowledge and my dog got stuck to it. Called them to complain and they proceeded to argue with me. I will be going back to SCAT

Well, the first treatment was today so I can’t really say that it worked, but I have no doubts. The person they sent out was very personable, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He went above and beyond for us! The price is right and I’m extremely happy we decided to hire Insight Pest Solutions.

Worst customer service ever. Called and spoke to Jarred the week before Labor Day about coming back out to retreat my house after having issues with spiders. He said he would call me back and I never heard back from him. Called back again on Sptember 7th and spoke to Harrison and explained how unhappy I was I never heard back from Jarred. He apologized for the poor customer service and assured me he would call me back that day. You guessed it. He never called me back either. Finally I got in touch with a supervisor in North Carolina who said she would have someone out on September 15th. If this doesn’t happen, I will be canceling my contract with Insight Pest Solutions. I am tired of unfulfilled promises…

We signed one year contract with the understanding that we needed to be notified before service. First treatment was great. Every treatment after first treatment was poor. We noticed no change in spiders when had a problem with. We were told that if we had a pest problem they would re-spray. NEVER happened. I still have red ants on patio and spiders inside and I have received 4 quarters of spray. Yes, I cancelled service.
