i’ve had injectables at other places, but Interface is by far the best. Shelly and Kendra were both professional and personable, making waiting for the appointment and having the procedure enjoyable.
On top of that, the office space was very comfortable and nicely appointed. One note — you do have to go into the second floor entrance to the eye clinic to find the, which seems a bit odd.
Finally, the pricing was better than I’ve had before. The seemed to have a special for everything. I’m used to Botox and Juvederm costing around 1000, and I walked out for less than $ 700.

I have had a great experience with all of the staff at Interface. At this time, I have utilized several services & have loved each and every time! I appreciate the knowledge and expertise of the girls there and how they are really able to help me with the correct products and services. I have always been made to feel very comfortable and have loved the outcome! Kendra takes the time to find out what it is that you’re looking for and has been helpful when I wasn’t quite sure. I would recommend anyone to go there & I have done so several times & now those girls feel the same way that I do. I have been going since the doors opened and will not go anywhere else!

I had a really great experience at Interface. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, creating a very comfortable environment. I felt like I was in good hands with Kendra. She provided a lot of good information; together we determined the best approach for me. I am pleased with the results and will definitely be back!

Kendra is excellent and makes you feel so comfortable. I love that they provide services in Plainfield once every few months– it makes appointments very convenient without having to drive to the North side.

I saw the deal buy Juvaderm, get 100.00 off of it & 10 free units of Botox so I thought wow! Im in! After 4 visits I said enough Im done being a practice pin cushion bc she just couldn’t get it right. I had juvaderm oozing from an injection site & visible lumpiness all over top & bottom. When I was still hopeful that she could correct it like the 2^nd visit she said I was having an ‘allergic reaction’ with oddly no redness, irritation or any normal signs of an allergic reaction just lumpiness, a sign of poor injection. I later went to the Gillian Institute where after 1 time my lips were ‘mostly corrected’ I still have 2 superficial bumps from where Interface poorly injected my lips. They shook their heads when they saw my mangled lips. Hindsight I should have done my homework bc apparently after 8.5 hrs a nurse can be qualified to shoot your lips up… I kept detailed photographs of my lips & couldn’t believe after all the trouble I went thru they billed me for 400.00 for the correction Juvaderm that was injected. They later refunded me for my Juvaderm but was upset after all the trouble they still billed me for the Botox. Smh
