The first class I attended was actually at the Veterans War Monument downtown, not the studio. After attending the outdoor workshop I got an email for a free class in store, definitely a win-win! The studio is beautiful, the fireplace adds a nice touch. They offer vinyasas, heated yoga, barre classes, AND Pilates. They have something there for every yogi/fitness enthusiast. The classes are also priced fairly with access to 2 studio locations. They offer a discount for active students which I really appreciate.

Think you want to try Hot yoga? Bar? Yin? Go for their two week unlimited sessions deal! I started attending classes a few months ago and LOVEIT! Instructors are great, facility is clean and provides all the tools needed(minus mats, though you can rent or buy mats there).

Very nice yoga studio with a variety of heated and regular classes. I tried the Friday night candlelight flow(heated) with Rebecca as the instructor. It was a great class, pretty vigorous, but definitely a good experience. Rebecca was warm and inviting and led a beautiful practice. My parents(who are NOT avid yogis) joined me, and while they struggled, they still had a good time and plan to go back next week. Only complaint is that the classes are expensive even with a package deal.

I took a great hot yoga class here from Kara while I was in Indy for a long weekend visiting family. I used MindBody to look up studio locations near me which is how I found them, and the class schedule was posted there as well. It was $ 17 for a drop-in class and another $ 2 for a yoga mat rental fee. I wanted to try a pilates class too, but it didn’t fit into my schedule unfortunately. Next time I’m in town I will plan ahead. There is a fireplace burning inside of the studio which creates a really cool vibe. Everything felt very clean and inviting. It smelled nice and there was a retail section if I wouldn’t have had workout clothes or a cold water bottle. If you haven’t already tried this studio, you definitely should. I will be back!

The best studio hands down. Great teachers, very positive vibe. Amy is the owner but she chooses to let her teachers take the spotlight. Two locations is a huge bonus!

I was lucky enough to check out Invoke with a friends guest pass, and boy did they kick my butt :) I took Olivia Grace’s barre class which was amazing. The studio is small so she is truly able to take time and help each of her students. Being in such a small class was the push and motivation I needed to keep going so that I could keep up with my classmates! Although barre focuses on your legs, Olivia Grace did a good job of also working in arms and abs so that you get a full body workout. If you’re looking for a well rounded exercise to tone those muscles the barre workout is where it is at!

It’s a beautifully designed space. Love the fireplace as part of the yoga studio. Tonight I took a Yin Restore class with Laura Haehl and it was amazing. You hold the poses longer which really helps you settle into it and focus on what your body needs to release. I will be back!

I came to Invoke with a year of what I thought was good yoga practice under my belt. Invoke changed everything! Invoke was recommended to me by a friend and I was hooked after 3 classes. The unlimited two weeks for $ 30 is a steal, and a great opportunity to feel out all the teachers. Cheryl is by far my favorite teacher! She kicks your butt but also challenges you and supports you without hesitating. Laura is also fantastic. Her gentle voice helps you truly relax in yin classes and she has a great way of simplifying each pose for practitioners of all levels. Workshops give you the opportunity to deepen your practice as well as an alternative to the normal schedule. Invoke’s atmosphere is inviting and the teachers always welcome new students. If you are new to Invoke I’d advise you to come early, as most classes fill up quickly. Oh, and be prepared to work up a sweat! You leave class feeling like you got beat up and rejuvenated at the same time! Best investment I’ve ever made for myself. You’ll be cursing yourself out in the middle of class, but I promise it’s worth it. Hooray for self-care. You deserve it!

If this place were a song, it would be «Gonna Make You Sweat» if Iron and Wine did a cover of it, because you will SWEAT. Parts of my body that I didn’t know could sweat actually started sweating during their heated vinyasa classes. Like most, I did the two week pass for $ 30, and went about three times a week during that period. The bar effect class was exactly what I needed to kick my ass, and the Yin yoga classes in the evening are perfect after a long day at work and to ensure a good night’s sleep.

I love everything about this place. Here are just a few highlights: — Location. They have a HUGE parking lot, so car parking is never a problem. — Customer service. It is less than a mile from my house, so I bike. When the owner realized there is not a bike rack, she actually called the landlord to see if one could be installed. — Interior. Very cute and super clean. Fireplace in the lobby that also faces the classroom. The bathroom is immaculate and has a bowl full of hair ties in case you forget yours. Lots of cubbies for storing your stuff during class. — The classes!!! This place is SOEXPENSIVE, but it really is a case of you get what you pay for. I have taken«yoga» classes at my gym and they are awful. I have also taken classes at other studios around town and Invoke has the best instructors, hands down. They know what they are doing and they really want you to succeed in your practice. We had a very small class today, so Laura, the instructor, asked what we needed. Someone said they wanted to work on the chaturanga pose and I told her I have never really learned how to do it. She spent a good 10 minutes working us through every element of the pose, demonstrating and them coming by to adjust everyone. I cannot say enough good things about this place!

Boob sweat. Did I get your attention? Five minutes of hot yoga at Invoke and you’ll be rockin’ boob sweat in no time — along with hand sweat, feet sweat, and all sorts of other sweat that you never knew existed. In the moment it’s messy, afterwards, it feels AMAZING. One week free yoga coupon now available online!(visit the Invoke Yoga facebook page(photos section)) I highly recommend taking advantage of this generous opportunity to test drive the fairly new northside Invoke location. I have now visited both Invoke locations and I must say, this one fits my vibe more than the downtown location. There’s something much more laid back and less threatening about it. I can’t seem to put my finger on it but I will say that the holistic health(on-site massage therapist and chiropractor really does it for me). Classes options include ballet barre, hot yoga, traditional yoga and so on. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the class are not as intimidating as I found at the downtown location. I highly recommend giving Invoke a shot — one thing is for certain, your body will thank you.

$ 30 for two weeks unlimited classes! I’ve done heated yoga, slow yoga, basic yoga, and pilates. The studio is cute and has a great vibe. I’m a fan! Website with schedule here:

I don’t think I can say enough nice things about the studio, but I’ll try to find a few. :) Investment: While looking around, it looks like Invoke offers the most bang for your buck when it comes to the classes and the packages. I did the the new student special 2 weeks for $ 30.00, and it was well worth it. I was able to explore a variety of Yoga and Pilates classes with different instructors. After my promotion ended, I did the«Intro to Yoga» workshop to follow up. It’s $ 55.00 plus you get two weeks of unlimited classes for free. I’m glad that I made the investment in the workshop because it carried out through my other practices. Location and Space: I love that Invoke has two locations, and The Invoke Wellness Center is very convenient from my work and my home. From the lobby area to the studio, it feels warm, open, and inviting. The studio is lovely with the hardwood floors, the mirrors, the ballet bar, and the fireplace. I feel that the décor helps me get into the zone and focus better during the practices. It’s a very peaceful and relaxing environment People: Invoke has a nice and supportive community. For someone who is fairly new to yoga and the studio, I immediately felt welcomed by the staff, teachers, and other students. To begin, the staff is wonderful and helpful. Anytime I have had a question or request, they have gotten back to me very quickly. And for as many that come through the studio, I’m happy that they remember my name. The teachers have been amazing and encouraging. During the classes, they give good clear directions that are easy to follow. However, if you didn’t quite understand, they usually come around and help with corrections. Finally, the other students have been very nice and easygoing. Having a strong community makes me look forward to coming to the classes. With the affordable classes, great space, and a friendly and supportive community, these are just a few of the many reasons why you should check out Invoke Wellness Center.

I was so excited when I realized Invoke opened a new studio near me. A friend told me about the downtown location but it wasn’t very convenient for me. I started with the Intro to Yoga workshop having done yoga a few times before. It was a great value and a great way to get into a yoga routine. I also love the early morning offerings.
