Appointment not kept… promises broken…
Was texted by Joshua (owner) less than 2 hours prior to appointment claiming he had the stomach flu and wanted to reschedule for Friday or Saturday.
I didn’t want to rearrange my Friday nor schedule a babysitter, so opted for Saturday (to which my husband and I planned our morning around).
I finally get conformation via text the next morning of a 10am appointment on Saturday…
Then an hour and a half later, text changing it to 10:30…
Saturday morning I get an urgent phone call from Joshua claiming his roommate is missing and giving me this long drawn out story about her… yadda yadda… and how her work is calling him on her whereabouts and he is now about to call the police… he apologized up and down saying this SO isn’t like him, he Never misses/​cancels appointments… and he is so sorry that this hair cut will be on the house… he will get me in this evening, when he can, and so so sorry…
To all of this I am understanding and ask that he get back to me when the air clears and let me know what time Saturday evening would work for him and I would try to again work my schedule around it…
So I waited…
Well… here we are months later… never a courtesy call, never a follow through on the promise of getting me in and getting me a cut on the house…
I’m done, there is not much worse than feeling duked… and I don’t associate with disrespectful, uncouth and irresponsible persons.
