I was surprised at 430 when they said it was going to take 2 hours for delivery air n hour and half for pick up. But when I got my pizza and it was burnt to a crisp I understood why It took so long. Breadsticks are inedible and the pizza is close. Called and they refused to give money back or make a new one. NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN!

used the grab n go coupon, medium pizza one topping, $ 10.99, ordered a medium pizza with pepperoni, final price with tax $ 13.06, ask the cashier if there is $ 2 in tax, she said no and charged me. she said she could print me a receipt and she did, they charged an extra .99 for pepperoni. this is the very definition of deceptive advertising. maybe they should change their name to Jack’ass pizza and their coupons to Bait n switch.

Do not, I repeat do not order pizza here unless you want a buggy, disgusting, tastleless pizza!
JUST A WARNING TO the WISE… Jacks Pizza located at 8025 Pendleton Pike · Indianapolis · (317) 899‑5225 should not serve pizza — maybe wings but, definitely NOT PIZZA!
The pizza is TASTLELESS, the crust was not baked completely and slight of ingredients… and no this wasn’t just a fluke… I tried this location twice and both times was horrible… not, just bad… horrible.
The advertisement is totally false… the photo is a hoax.
Dominos, Donatos or Pizza Hut is MUCH better with real customer service.
I ordered for family visiting from Goshen for Thanksgiving and everyone except my Uncle Dan was truly disappointed.

JACK’s is my all time favorite pizza. Love love love it.
My only complaint is the price, they’re quite expensive.
