Jersey Mike’s Subs

Soooo the first two times I would’ve given this place a 5-​star rating… however this time… not too excited. But I think it’s due to my choice of sandwich. The first two times I ordered their big kahuna Philly cheesesteak and they are absolutely delicious! If you go here, get this.
This time I decided to try something else: the pastrami reuben… kinda disappointed. It wasn’t very flavorful and didn’t have much meat to it. I’ve become accustomed to an ample amount of meat on Mike’s sandwiches, but this one… not so much.
So I think I’ll stick with my Philly cheese steaks sandwiches that I first fell in love with. My children enjoy the Italian and the turkey sandwiches. Tip: when buying for children, just get the larger sandwich and cut in half, you’ll save about $ 1 and it’s slightly bigger than if you were to get two kids sized sandwiches.
5 star for Philly (the best Philly outside of Philly)
4 star for all the other sandwiches just being meh p

I’ve been to this one twice in the food has been delicious both times the atmosphere is cool and has a beachy theme both times I have been in there the employees have been nice kind and very willing to work with you on your order the first time I had the regular Philly beef and steak I think it’s the number 17 the second time I had the Big Kahuna both times was delicious I will definitely suggest this place to friends family and relatives

This franchise has been one of my favorite of the freshly made, hot sub shops, and this this location did a great job maintaining that reputation.
I ordered the Big Kahuna with steak, giant sized, a bag of chips, and a large mt dew. This came to about $ 17 total, so it can be a bit expensive, but the giant sandwich could feed 2 normal people, I am just a huge guy that can eat a lot, haha. I think their giant sub is 14 inches long. Their mini sub is 5 inches, and the regular sub is 7 inches.
The white bread was just baked and very soft and fresh and tasted great, the steak was freshly grilled with mushrooms, peppers, and extra cheese that melts into the other ingredients for a full flavor of cheese in each bit, not just on the top of the sub.
The staff was very friendly and helpful and did a great job from greeting me as I walked in to saying ‘come back again’ as I was leaving. The store was clean and well organized. Parking in front was easy to get in and out of, and overall it was a very good dining experience.
This store is fairly new and the same owner also has stores in Noblesville, Fishers, and 1 more place I just forgot, haha. I wish more of these Jersey Mike’s would pop up around town, and my small town of Shelbyville, hint hint.
For a kind of fast food type place, The service, food, price, quality, taste, quantity, and overall experience was excellent. I recommend and will return to this location and other Jersey Mike’s. Give them a try if you have not eaten here. You will like it!

I really like Jersey Mike’s! I always get one of these 2 sandwiches. I get the meatball sub or the big Kahuna. The regular size is a good size sub and the Giant is basically eating 2 regulars. They have rewards points
system and you can earn free subs. That reminds me I have a free Giant sub available. They also have wraps available. My wife gets that or the philly cheese steak.
Now I’ll break down my 2 favorite subs
The meatballs and sauce dont taste like the generic meatballs and sauce you get with some food chains. They put plenty of sauce on it, so get the napkins ready (good thing) Worth trying if you like meatball subs.
The Big Kahuna (my favorite) is a killer cheese steak with extra cheese and jalapenos. I usually get it with normal amount of cheese. I know that is sacrilegious to not get extra cheese when it available. I feel the normal amount is enough for me. They now offer it as a chicken cheese steak.
The staff is always friendly and the manager is very nice. We had an issue with points and she was very helpful getting things fixed.

I eat here way too much. I hate myself for it, I have a problem. Dr said I need help. Good food though. Will be going back, garenteed ;)

Most everything about this place was average. I ordered a meatball sub. It certainly wasn’t loaded and the cheese tasted very processed. The bread lacked flavor and freshness.
The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. However, that doesn’t make up for the disappointing sandwich. I doubt that I’ll ever go back.

Best Philly ever… subway and Jimmy johns is done 4 subs are excellent… must visit if you never been

The soft drink was good. The packaged chips were good. That’s the nicest thing I can say about this place.
I ordered a wrap and when it came out is wasn’t cut all the way through, it was so poorly constructed that it completely fell apart before I could separate it. I left it on the table and walked away. That was a waste of money that I won’t be repeating.

I moved here from the east coast, this my friends is how you do a sub sandwich! I have tried all sandwich shops in Indianapolis looking for a taste of home, this is the closest I’m going to get.

Super friendly staff! Very clean and great food! We will definitely go back! The prices are a little much but definitely worth the money!

Okay, I have been back twice in the past month. Getting a sandwich is now quicker, but not quick. And yes, last time my sandwich had to be remade once again, but they caught and fixed it before giving it to me. I am not ordering anything hot or special.

I had the chicken parm sub. It wasn’t that good due to the fact the breaded chicken tasted like it came from sitting in a steamer all day. The bread is boring and doesn’t taste fresh, it’s like eating a shoe. It was my 2^nd time there with a different sub and the mmmm factor wasn’t there for me. I’ll give it one more try

Admittedly I had little interest in Jersey Mike’s I went because I had a coupon and it was within walking distance. The staff was very amicable. All three employees that I spoke with were friendly and professional. It’s hard to make an impression in the sub-​5minutes it takes to ready a sandwich, but this group did.
Oh, and the tuna sandwich was good too. It was a nice break from JJ’s and the tuna actually tasted like tuna instead of mayo and seasoning.

We tried this place when it just opened: looked clean, the staff is very professional and the subs are great. I had the classic, the portions are good and prices are reasonable.

This place is extremely similar to Lenny’s Subs… almost too similar.
The staff was friendly, albeit it a little slow as they are all new. They were extremely particular about putting the toppings on the sandwich in an orderly fashion. almost too particular as it took them a good 2+ minutes to top both of my sandwiches.
The sandwiches were good, just what we were looking for.
My only true complaint is that the cookies were subpar, nothing special and probably not worth the $ 1+ or whatever they charge for them.
Nice supplement to the normal subway or jimmy johns we usually get.
