This is a horrible location… Poor reception when calling in and the employees have the worst attitudes I’ve ever encountered. I have ordered several times hoping for better service, but today was the last time!!! Slow delivery(34 minutes) sandwich still not delivered. Assistant manager started raising his voice in frustration because he only has one driver in the mornings. Claims that I’m not being discriminated for having slow service! Where did that come from? The employees think it’s okay to speak to customers in any manner. Poor attitudes and slow delivery equals a bad tasting product! Stay away from this store on 21st and Shadeland…

First I would like to say I am a big fan of Jimmy Johns in general. This location however is the worst! I have oredered delivery from them multiple times and it takes at least an hour everytime. I could understand if I lived far away, but I do not. I could walk there and back in much less time than it takes for them to deliver a samdwich. It is really a shame. If this wasn’t such a bad location I would order all the time. Unfortunately I am 45 minutes in to waiting on 2 sandwiches yet again! Pathetic

I would give this location a better rating only if the delivery driver didn’t complain so much! Complaining and demanding a tip is no way to provide customer service! If you don’t like not getting a tip change your attitude or find a different job! I hope your situation changes for the better! Then you may get a better attitude towards tips and probably even better tips!

4 stars compared to other fast food places nearby. They are very fast and friendly. Food is good.

Nothing special about this Jommy Jin’s. In a positive way that is. The music was so loud we could hardly hear the cashier and vice versa. That may explain my father not getting the tomatoes he asked for. When our subs were put together and bagged, the cashier held the bag out to me but kinda let it drop before I had a grip. Not a far fall, but it just seemed odd and uncaring. Also, apparently it’s against the law to ask for additional cheese(or just any cheese at all) after they make the sandwich. Not by itself and they won’t take the sandwich and put some cheese on it. Too difficult huh? Sandwiches tasted OK.
