I’ve never been a huge Jimmy Johns fan. I used to work at St Francis Indianapolis hospital and we would order from the Southport Rd store. Whenever we would order from there(Southport Rd) something would inevitably be wrong(no pickles, pickles when you didn’t want pickles, the wrong condiment, the wrong sandwiches, not enough cookies, not enough chips something would be wrong). Because of that reason I’ve always been hesitate to order from any JJ. Today though I was craving roast beef, and thankfully my address puts my delivery at another store, so I gave it a try. I HAVETOSAYTHISWASTHEBESTROASTBEEFSANDWICH I’VEEVERHAD — AND I’M 29. I don’t know what’s going on at this store to make them so good, fresh, and not mess up my order, but I seriously wanted to order another sandwich right away — like I was Veruca from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory… this experience has changed my opinion on JJ and dinner has a 99% chance of a roast beef slim with a side of mayo!

This place is so unpredictable. I have had sandwiches delivered to my house multiple times and I have had problems almost every single time. I would not recommend them to anyone, and that stinks because Jimmy Johns is so good. If I were you, I would just drive a little bit down the road to the Southport Rd. location and get your sandwich the way you actually ask for it.

Pretty standard as far as a Jimmy John’s goes. Nice staff, clean, quick service, and open fairly late. Always a nice spot to stop for a quick bite to eat while running errands or on the way home.

As far as sub sandwiches go, Jimmy John’s rocks. It’s my go to meal for lunch and always fills me up. The #8 is my favorite and my daughter always wants JJ’s for lunch when we get to the mall together. Freaky Fast! :)

The reason the 3 star review is due to them not delivering less than five miles east of the location. Seems ridiculous, I’m not sure the point in having a delivery service if you will not deliver to places beyond next door.
