Love the system, but the customer service is appalling and lazy! Have had my system since they were on Pendleton Pike location. Have a well so needed an extensive system. They would send cards when it was time for a new filter, I have not gotten cards, notification email, text, nothing. The water you drinks shuts off if your filter needs changing… so now I have to call then say I need a new filter. Here is the rub… they start asking you what the problem is then asking what type of filter you have never, just get your address and LOOK it up, GOGETTHEFILTER and let up go ion your way… What happen to the customer service? When I called and after they went through all the questions, I told the man PLease look it up, for some reason he simply did not want to trouble himself and kept talking over me. He did not go over my information, just said I needed one 10 inch filter, I asked what about the other filter I always get 2, told me no I only needed one, WRONG. When I questioned him again about other aspects of my filtering system he could not answer and would not talk. Later that day we went to get the filters the person behind the desk again asked what kind of system we have we told her to look it up… wwowwowowo They HATE that, finally she got someone from the back room to come assist her, He had problems also, they both disappeared for 7 minutes then came back with one filter, we asked about the other and another 10 minutes they looks and AH there it is… Asked them why they did not sent the cards as they usually do with what filters are due for a change… she did not know. We love the system but why can’t they hire ANDTRAIN people Shout out to David in the service department he came and spent 5 hours last year updating our system, and assured me we would get a notice, they failed Big Dave they failed…

Will not sell spare parts. Rather they will only provide a service call. For simply a gasket kit this seem expensive and unnecessary. I would avoid!

While the quality of the systems are good, there is something amiss. We had an RO System and water softener from Kinetico. No problems there. However, we moved 7 months ago and received a $ 1,599.65 invoice from them, sent to our old address and the post office forwarded it to us at our new home. We did not purchase anything. I called this store location which was on the invoice and told them we didn’t make a purchase and no longer live there. She said she corrected it(no apology, was blasé about it, almost dismissive towards me). Here it is a month later and we received a «Past Due» notice. I will give them one more chance to clear our credit history and if they do not, I will report them to the Better Business Bureau.
