King Nails

Came in to get a full set to treat myself for graduating college. I had the guy and he was great. He talked a lot and really payed attention to what he was doing. My nails ended up looking great. I would suggest that everyone goes here.

Went in to get a manicure, and was the only customer while there were 2 employees. I told them the service I would like and was directed to pick a color. I stood there for the next 2 minutes (without being acknowledged) while both people played games (I could see the game) on their computer.
I don’t mind waiting, but being ignored while I was the only customer was unsatisfactory.

I personally had a great experience here about a week ago! I had to wait about 10 minutes but it was well worth the wait. My nails were a disaster when I came in, and I wanted a gel manicure. The woman who did my nails took her time, was incredibly detail oriented and did a great job. The nail polish was drying weird on one nail and she literally did the coat 5 times until it was perfect like the others. I was also impressed by the honesty of the workers to their clients. There was a woman who was asking for a particular kind of set which they could have easily done and took her money, but instead talked to her about the length of her nail bed and why this would not be worth her money. I’m making this my nail salon home!

I have been getting my nails done here for about three months now. They do a great job with acrylics. A full set would last me 3 weeks before I needed a fill. The technicians there do not cakethe acrylic on, especially close to the cuticle. They are very good about listening to what the costumer wants. This has been the only shop that actually gave me the squalletto nail shape I asked for! I have recently stated getting gel manicures and they are wonderful with those as well. I do get pedicures every once in awhile too which again I always receive great service. 5 stars (: Call before you go to make sure they’re not too busy.

Don’t come here on a busy day for a pedicure. They won’t care enough to listen or take the time to do a good job. In and out and need to go again tomorrow somewhere else. I will be looking for a new pedicure spot. (I’ve been here 30 times in the past year and it’s gotten worse each time.)
