Customer service is a joke, call the number and you get a private cell and no return calls and delivery is very slow promised delivery in 1 – 4 days and I am still waiting, ordered a shirt on Aug 5^th and its still not here yet. I mean, its coming from Indiana for gods sake I live in N.Y. not overseas, I could have drove there picked it up and came back in 2 days. What a joke. Will let you know when I get it.

I’ve ordered from this company twice. The first time was a year or two ago, I had to return a shirt because I ordered a size too large but I remember there was an issue with that so I ended up just ordering another shirt with the correct size. I also remember thinking the company practices were a little weird to me, but when it came time again to buy someone a KISS present, I felt I had to go through them because they seem to have the largest selection for what also seems reasonable prices.
Okay so anyways, I just ordered from them a couple weeks ago. They didn’t fulfill the order for a week, which I guess is understandable because of the holidays. But I ordered two items, had to pay shipping. Finally the shipment came and there’s a note saying one of the items «sold out — refunded.» Wow, really? I have to WAIT until I received what I ordered in the mail to find that out, you couldn’t have posted that on your website like some other items had «out of stock?». Seriously f**k this company.

Another all-​Kiss shop out in Indianapolis. The merchandise is great, and you can even get promo codes for 10 to 20% off from time to time. They also have a heap of closeout stuff, which is great if you’re not looking to spend a ton.
While I like this shop, one downside is that they refuse to unsubscribe you from their mailing list, even when you request it from customer service. A minor annoyance but not a deal breaker; still a great store.
